Welcome to our brand new multi-level luxury Cottage located in upper La Casa resort with unobstructed views of Okanagan lake. Our cottage is located in the quiet gated Terazona drive area and is only a short walk to the upper level pool & hot tub.

The modern interior design features an open floor plan, large gas fireplace, all stainless steel appliances, 55" smart TV, dual zone wine fridge and breakfast bar. Come enjoy our view through the lake facing all glass wall that features two large patio doors that gives you that indoor / outdoor experience. The main floor living area offers plenty of view seating from one of our two islands or premium L-shaped sofa lounger. Once you step through one of the front patio doors you will find yourself standing on the large covered view deck where you can relax on the patio set and spark up the fire table.

The oversized primary bedroom is located on the upper floor and features plenty of extra space, king size bed, 55" smart TV, dual zone wine fridge, bedroom ceiling fan, an even better unobstructed lake view and large front view deck with patio furniture. You will find plenty of space for your belongings in the custom built-in closet and drawers. Just off the the primary bedroom is the spa inspired oversized en-suite that features all tile / frameless glass door shower and double sink vanity.

Head to the back side of the house off of the main living area where you can enjoy our extended backyard entertainment area. Our semi private, extended backyard is enclosed by glass railing and features an outdoor fire table, fire pit and private hot tub.
