Located 2 km from the seaside resort of Saint François, the Anse des Rochers complex is a magnificent area of Creole architecture. With a beautiful sandy beach 350 meters long, 1200 m2 infinity pool, access to the residence closed by barriers, controlled by security guards is strictly reserved for residents. Nothing is missing to combine leisure and rest. The apartment is on the 1st floor, fully equipped kitchen on the terrace. Independent bedroom with balcony, Very comfortable convertible sofa in the living room for two people, plus possibility of adding a single bed and a cot. Mosquito nets provided.
The monitored car parks are inside the residence.

Nice apartment in nice location

The apartment is clean and well equipped, and the lady in charge of welcoming at your arrival very efficient and friendly. The complex where the flat is located is very nice, with a gorgeous swimming pool and a nice, small beach. It's mantained clean and the garden is ok, also the safety level is high on the 24 hours.The only risk is sometimes a lack of water, but it's only few hoiurs a week and the flat is provided with a small reserve of water.

This apartment was perfect, yes we see the cars in the parking but there is a tree in front of the outside kitchen which is perfect. If you are on the other side where you might see you ocean or the pool, you will be in full sun. You will need to close the metal curtains.... so you see nothing and you will need to stay inside in the air conditioning. I recommend this unit 100%

Descriptif incorrecte

Nous avons été déçus par notre séjour. L’annonce était très attrayante, mais le logement ne correspondait pas à nos attentes, notamment en ce qui concerne la configuration : il ne s’agit pas de deux vraies chambres, mais d’une chambre et d’un salon transformé en couchage d’appoint avec un canapé-lit. Si vous recherchez un véritable deux chambres, ce logement risque de ne pas convenir.Par ailleurs, plusieurs éléments nous ont été signalés à notre arrivée : la climatisation était hors service, des coupures d’eau semblaient fréquentes (un bidon rempli d'eau est à disposition dans la douche), le rideau de la chambre ne pouvait être fermé à cause des blocs de climatisation dehors, et il nous a été demandé de rendre l'appartement dans un état de propreté impeccable (au risque d’un supplément de 70). Il était également précisé que la perte des bracelets de la piscine entraînerait des frais de 200, ce qui nous a semblé excessif. Enfin, nous avons trouvé l’attitude du gardien de la résidence un peu particulière.

L’hébergement est correct à la description. Rien à redire. Bien équipé. Le top ! Un grand merci à Alice pour les sites qu’elle nous a conseillés. Par contre, il faut absolument avoir accès à une boxe internet dans cette résidence (Dans ce secteur) car le réseau téléphonique mobile est inexistant.

L’appart est ok et propre, bien qu’en fin de vie utile. Une rénovation majeure est requise. Cependant cela ne sévirait à rien tant que le complexe au complet n’est pas rénové. En effet, il s’agit d’un vieil hôtel abandonné dont les parties communes sont laissées à l’abandon. Rouille, saletés, béton morcelé, murs défraîchis, boiseries négligées, carreau cassés. Au Québec, le complexe ne passerait certainement pas les standards minimum de la régie du bâtiment. Plus spécifiquement, les supports corrodés de plusieurs balcons qui sont usés à la corde. C’est très certainement un danger pour les locataires. Donc environnement décrépit, démoralisant et non sécuritaire. Le tout humblement et véridiquement soumis.

Magnifique séjour à l anse des rochers, appartement spacieux et bien décoré, rien ne manquait, c était parfait. L appart se trouve dans une belle résidence avec une immense piscine et une petite plage avec sable blanc et cocotiers,,une vraie carte postale!!!

Cet endoit est tout simplement merveilleux. Tres bien entretenu une piscine avec une vue extraordinaire et une plage de sable fin.un restaurant de plage comme on les aime. L appartement est certe vieillissant mais bien entretenu avec tout le nécessaire et Alice qui nous reçoit est efficace et a l écoute Climatisation efficace.seul bemol un volet de terrasse bloqué fermé. Tolle Ferienanlage

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer tollen Ferienanlage. Der Pool ist sehr groß und wunderschön. Die Gartenanlage sehr gepflegt. Der Hausstrand klein aber fein. Das Restaurant ti Coco sehr zu empfehlen. Die Ferienwohnung selbst ist einfach. Wir dachten dass wir Meerblick hätten, da haben wir die Fotos falsch gedeutet. Internet über WLAN so gut wie nicht möglich, Problem weil man dort bescheidenen Handyempfang hat. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden. Kleine Abzüge wegen WLAN und einfacher Ausstattung und ohne Meerblick.

Appartement très appréciable pour des vacances en famille et avec des petits. Piscine en bas de l'appartement et plage à 5 min. Il y a même un resto très sympa sur la plage. Résidence sécurisée et très appréciable. Je recommande vivement ce logement pour de super vacances.
