This modern five-bedroom oasis, located at the Encore Resort, features an open floor plan living area, fully equipped kitchen, two children s themed bedrooms, games room, entertainment loft area, and a private swimming pool and spa, making it the perfect home for a Central Florida vacation with the major theme parks just minutes away!
This modern villa offers everything you and your family will need for the perfect Orlando vacation. The open living space is the main headquarters for family gatherings with comfortable seating all around including a leather sectional and two accent chairs to discuss the day s adventures. The fully equipped kitchen with a four seat breakfast bar and an eight seat dining table allows for food any time of the day.
Sleeping up to 11 people, this home provides bedrooms across both floors with a queen sized bedroom on the bottom floor with a shared family bathroom located in the hallway. On the second floor, you will find a king sized suite, a queen sized suite, a superhero themed bedroom with bunk beds (2x fulls) and a connecting bathroom, and a themed bedroom with two twin sized beds (additional trundle bed underneath) and a shared family bathroom located in the hallway.
The private outdoor deck offers a swimming pool and spa to enjoy Florida s warm weather and sunshine. The entertainment doesn t end after long days at the theme parks are over with this home offering a games room with a ping pong and pool table as well as a basketball shooting game and an upper floor loft area with a foosball table and Xbox video game console.
