From the beginning the process was simple. The property was clean and ready when we arrived. Property was exactly as described. Would rent again!!

First time I have stayed on the island.House was clean. We had no issues. Kids enjoyed fishing out back. We will definitely come back.

The home was as is advertised, the only thing I will share is we had 2 small children visit us and some of the railings on the back deck are broken/rotted out and I was worried they would find those spaces and possibly fall through: We had to be super cautious and watch them closely. The house was a good location and offered waterfront views that were amazing. The dishwasher had some standing water in the bottom and the master bedroom closet smells like really bad BO Thanks

Weekend getaway with out of town family members

The stay was fantastic. The property was great. Everything worked. The kitchen and living area was very open and the balcony area was awesome. Underneath was great for grilling and fishing. (One note…we had small children with us and a few of the spindles on the balcony were loose or missing)Overall stay was GREAT!!!

House

The master bathroom was shared. Which was okay but you have to lock the doors from the inside of the bathroom no way to lock from the outside. The top bedroom had no tv. Kind of a waste when you have a small kid or teenagers using it.

The front door and under house doors have different codes. Walk to the beach was not far at all (5min walk). Bayside was awesome, dolphins swam by majority of evenings at 5:30pm.

Loved this place! Being right on the water was definitely a plus. Celebrated my moms 87thbirthday for the weekend. Everyone loved the place and we hope to stay there again in December for our Christmas gathering.
