Located in Elizabeth Bay in the Loop, this small and cosy studio is in a beautiful and popular area, with views of the Marina in Rushcutters Bay where you can see the sailing boats from the unit.

There is an elevated bed which has a ladder you will need to climb to get in and out of, and there is with a mirror to enhance the view of the marina. It has a small kitchen with dishwasher, dining table for two, living area with lounge and TV, a separate bathroom with shower. Note you will need to step up into the bath to use the shower and bath and there is a step.

There is access to the common roof top, which has an outdoor pool, large terrace area, and views of the City.
The space

In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, oven, stove, fridge, plates, bowls, cups, utensils and other kitchenware.

The dining area has a table for two with chairs.

The living area has a lounge, a coffee table and a TV unit.

The bathroom has a toilet, basin, mirror, and bath / shower.

The main entry to the building is on Elizabeth Bay Road. Once you have the keys from the lock box, you will enter the building via a set of stairs and then into the lift lobby on the 2nd level. Use the strata key to open the main door to the building. Take the lift up to level 5/6 and turn left, and then down a small set of stairs to the unit. Open the door to the unit with the key provided.

Other things to note
There is a communal pool located on the roof top. Access to the pool is via the lift to the top floor, then via stairs to the roof. Make sure you bring the set of keys with you.
