The highlight of this condo is the dual master bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed for a luxurious retreat. While one master bedroom boasts a private balcony where you can savor the ocean breeze and panoramic views, the other master bedroom provides an equally indulgent experience. Both suites feature spacious layouts, lavish furnishings, and ensuite bathrooms adorned with premium fixtures.

Step outside onto the balcony, where you can unwind with a morning coffee or enjoy spectacular sunsets over the water. The sounds of the waves and the refreshing sea air create a tranquil ambiance, making this outdoor space a private sanctuary. Residents of this condo enjoy access to Wild Dunes' premier amenities, including private beaches, championship golf courses, the resort spa & salon, and upscale dining. Seascape has just completed an extensive two year restoration project of the exterior of the complex. This design included a metal roofing system, gorgeous new stucco work, improved elevators, beautiful landscaping and walkways, and more.

Just off the coast of Historic Charleston, Isle of Palms offers a stunning six-mile stretch of white, sandy beaches. **Note:**
Due to the ongoing beach renourishment, the Seascape beach access is currently closed for guest safety. There is an access path at Summer Dunes Lane—turn left from the Seascape entrance onto Palmetto Drive and Summer Dunes Lane is .1 miles down on the left. We are eagerly awaiting an update on when the beach access will reopen. Please give our local office a call if you have any questions!

*Home Truths:*
- City Ordinances prohibit house parties, weddings, or receptions to take place at a licensed vacation rental property. If a house party, wedding, or reception takes place in a licensed vacation rental property, all guests will be required to immediately vacate.
- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- The Seascape pool is open seasonally between April 1 - Oct 31 and is not heated.
- The pool deck is open in the off season.
- Golf carts/LSVs are not permitted at this complex.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Seascape pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.

*Parking Details:*
- There are two parking spots available.
- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff.

We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

This place was amazing!! There were two hiccups that we overlooked because I contacted the host and felt like the hiccups were isolated and not customary so I won't mention them here. Besides all of that we really enjoyed our time there. The beach view is amazing and for us perfect because it was fully out of the sun all day! The sectional on the balcony was so nice!! We spent a lot of time out there. So peaceful. The rooms were clean and the furniture was very comfortable. We did end up sleeping in the guest bedroom for 3 days but it's not anyone's fault. We're used to sleeping on adjustable beds so it felt like our heads were sinking in the master bed but it was probably just our preferences. But the guest bedroom was excellent!! When we come back to Charleston we will be staying here if available. My wife is and has turned me into a hotel/condo snob so she's not easily impressed with them. To see the smile and hear the joy in her voice was everything I could have asked for!

Most beautiful Condo we’ve ever stayed in!

Pictures do not do this unit justice! The unit is gorgeous, clean and the views from the windows are breathtaking! We would love to stay here again!

Long Winters Rest

We were overly impressed by lavish furnishings and decor. We had everything we needed. We were able to get some much needed rest and relaxation. It was very cold out but the condo was warm and cozy. It actually snowed at the beach!

Golden Anniversary Trip

The property itself is beautiful, right on the beach. Enjoyed sitting on deck watching surf. Unfortunately due to inadequate service instructions in condo I injured my knee getting into tub which had no non slip mat. Spent day at urgent care and rest of trip sitting with ice pack.

We’re actively reviewing the idea of adding printed materials to complement our digital resources. • Bathroom Setup: The listing does show the current bathroom configurations and includes photos, but we understand that accessibility needs can vary. Based on your input, we’re working on placing a non-slip mat in the bathroom so guests can use it if needed. We’re also inspecting the Jacuzzi to make sure it’s in safe and stable condition for future use. • Safety Enhancements: While our homes aren’t formally ADA-compliant, we strive to make them as safe and comfortable as possible. Your suggestion of a grab bar is being taken into consideration as we look at improvements to the space. We’re deeply sorry this situation impacted both your celebration and your trip.
