Inside, sunlight pours through large windows into an inviting living space where soft, neutral tones and natural textures create a sense of calm. The spacious living room features plush seating, a large TV, and a cozy fireplace for family gatherings, while a nearby breakfast table for four is perfect for morning coffee or casual bites. The chef’s kitchen shines with stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and bar seating for three, opening into a welcoming dining area for six.
Five comfortable bedrooms—each styled with light coastal touches—ensure everyone has a place to rest. Three bedrooms include ensuite bathrooms for added privacy, and the bunk room is a hit with kids and teens alike. With an elevator, washer/dryer, and multiple indoor and outdoor spaces, convenience meets charm at every turn.
Step outside to your covered lounge, where an eight-person dining table invites sunset dinners in the ocean breeze. Rinse off in the outdoor shower after a beach day, then relax on the porch surrounded by the sounds of rustling palms and distant waves.
Located moments from the sand, Sea Haven places you within easy reach of Isle of Palms Marina, Wild Dunes Resort golf courses, and the vibrant shops and dining of nearby Sullivan’s Island and Mount Pleasant. Whether you’re here for a family vacation, a beach getaway with friends, or simply to breathe in the coastal air, this is your island sanctuary.

Spend the day chartering a boat and paddleboarding in the Atlantic, or explore the extensive wildlife within the area's marshes and creeks. Isle of Palms is also the perfect place to decompress, with renowned spas, charming restaurants, and sweeping golf courses. All this and more await you in the jewel of South Carolina's Lowcountry.
Home Truths: - Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $1000 per pet. - Fireplaces are not for guest use. - You must be 25 years or older to book this home. - Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September. - Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels. - Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking. - Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes. - While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.
Parking Details: - Parking available for up to 5 cars on-site.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.

The elevator was enjoyed and very handy. Great location to beach yet still secluded. Great spaces in house. The outside porches are large and nicely furnished. All guest enjoyed the house and the location.

This home exceeded our expectations! Beautifully decorated and very comfortable fit for our group of 8 adults 3 kids. We loved the back enclosed porch and spent lots of morning hours there - the location is just 1 1/2 blocks from the beach in a very charming neighborhood and short drive from Charleston as well as neighboring Sullivan's Island. We really enjoyed ourselves and would highly recommend this home!
