- Full family kitchen with espresso coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, stovetop & fridge/freezer.

- Bedroom 1: Master with super king bed & space for a portacot.

- Bedroom 2: Kids room with a double bed & pre-schooler toys; located next to master bedroom which is ideal for young families.

- Bedroom 3: comfy queen bed

* NEWLY BUILT LUXURY GUEST SUITE *
(attached to family home with external access between):
- Coastal contemporary light-filled space ideal for a young family or couple.

- Comfortably sleeps 4 people with 2 bedrooms.

- Instantly relax & unwind with rejuvenating effects of natural elements throughout, including polished concrete floors, timber ceilings & Balinese inspired bathroom with custom-made Rimu vanities, timber slat floors, bespoke concrete basins & rain drop shower head.

- Stylish architectural design has created a clever open plan layout with indoor/outdoor flow expanding the living area out to the sheltered verandah, large palm tree & grassy courtyard with NZ native & subtropical gardens (partially fenced).

- Bedroom 4: main bedroom in guest suite has a comfy queen bed, window seat & opens out to the verandah & palm tree through stacker slider door (room for portacot)

- Bedroom 5: young kids love the bunk beds in the smaller bedroom of guest suite; please note bunk room has skylight & top bunk has 65kg weight limit.

- Living area of guest suite has a fold out couch & can be used as a temporary 6th bedroom; please note this is an open plan area with kitchenette & others in guest suite will walk through.

- Well-equiped kitchenette with another fridge/freezer, induction hob & combi microwave.

Please note external access only between family home & guest suite with seperate outdoor areas.

STRICTLY NO PARTIES & NO GATHERINGS. This is a family friendly home & neighbourhood.
- Family groups preferred (maximum 7 adults).

- The person booking & staying must be over 25 years.
- No groups attending festivals & no groups of teenagers or young adults.
