The property is large and spacious, and well equipped. Although it is a 10-minute drive out of town, it is situated in a very scenic, private, and quiet setting. Would be a great property for a larger family with kids.

The home was clean and offered a full kitchen. We were a group of 4 couples who were also pleased with the accommodations. We made use of the fire pit.Only problem was that my husband couldnt get the shower in the big master bedroom to work. Overall we enjyed our stay.

Very private.. all was smooth going except coming in we had some difficulty finding the place, because our GPS kept telling us the the road was not in service

We really enjoyed the area. Private and quiet with a great fire pit area. Perfect for a family get away. Host was very helpful and responsive to an oversight when we checked in. We cooked all meals and there were a few items we thought were missing from kitchen inventory. The BBQ was spotless which was great.

Unit was spacious, check-in was easy, but needs an in depth cleaning in every room. Weird smell in bedroom, like a dead animal. Only grounds for 1 pot of coffee, no extra garbage bags, washing machine did not run water thru the first time, and outdoor landscaping needs some attention. Had salt/pepper and cooking oil. Really was hoping for better

Hidden Gem

The property was in a great area and was very quiet and secluded. The driveway was a bit rough so you have to be careful coming in. We loved the indoor space. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable.

Overall, our stay was disappointing, especially considering the price. The property is located behind an industrial area at the edge of the forest, which wasn’t what we expected. The house itself is quite old and had a noticeable musty smell.The bed linens and towels are worn and should be replaced, and the mattresses were old and uncomfortable. The house could also benefit from a thorough deep cleaning.For a home that accommodates eight guests, there were not nearly enough dishes and silverware. We had to run the dishwasher three times a day, often only half full, just so everyone had clean plates and utensils for the next meal.With some updates and better maintenance, this could be a much nicer place to stay, but in its current condition we didn’t feel it offered good value for the price.

Did not realize property was 15 to 20 minutes out of Hinton because when looking at map it’s right behind Walmart downtown, but, requires an odd circle loop to get there. Got used to it but was unexpected.

We were there for a celebration of life

We arrived at 5:30 struggled to get into the property. Send a few msgs and finally contacted host by phone. A fire pit but to bad there was no wood . Missing basics like face cloths ,dish towels to clean the kitchen , the bathroom no had soap. Broken screen door and lack of cleanliness on the deck , seems like this place could use some TLC. We finished drying and folding laundry.

We stayed one night in the property. It provided everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. We cooked a simple meal, some washing and ironing. We couldn't find any teaspoons, but that was not a big problem. The host gave detailed instructions for getting to the property, getting into the property and how to use the shower.There were lots of basics, like vegetable oil, washing powder and fabric conditioner, lots of coffee and tea.

Het huis in Hinton is niet het meest luxe huis maar voldoet meer dan voldoende als je tegen een gunstige prijs in de buurt van Jasper National Park wilt verblijven. Het ligt heel mooi in de bossen aan de rand van Hinton, dat zeer veel voorzieningen (winkels, restaurants etc.) biedt. Wel is de uitrusting van het huis wat karig, zo ontbrak er voldoende glaswerk en bestek. De communicatie met Nadia en Yasmin (via de Vrbo app) verliep uitstekend.

We didn't even take our suitcases out of the car! Difficult to find, difficulty with accessing into the property. Once we got inside it was dirty and full of bugs and flies and not up to the standard we are used to. We left and booked into a hotel. I would definitely NOT recommend this place, it needs a serious overhaul to reach the minimum of standards.

Location is a little or off the way but a great property. Needs some simple things like a full set of cutlery. Entry door isn't the first you come to...it's at the other end of the porch. Communication from the host was barely acceptable.
