Very beautiful and peaceful location with a comfortable home to stay in atop the hill between Old Colorado City and Downtown Co Springs. The area was really nice and it was a very accommodating stay. I already have a return planned soon because of how much I liked it! Definite recommendation. P.s. the big tv is also a plus for anyone who enjoys films and the like.

Great location, but thin walls

The location and unit were great and spacious for my needs. I took full use of the washer/dryer to return home from my trip with clean clothes. The coffee maker was really, really dirty and I did not use it at all. I enjoy my morning coffee and could not because the machine was dirty, with dirty standing water in it. The microwave did not heat properly. Microwaves are inexpensive nowadays, so let's obtain a good one, please. The walls are super thin. There were renters in the upstairs unit who were loud and their conversations were heard very clearly. The unit rules are not to disturb the other unit by being loud, but I guess the upstairs unit does not have this same rule, because they were loud. I even heard one of them say, this is going to be the party unit, referring to the event they were in town for. I would suggest bringing earplugs for this unit. The heating unit was not turning on, so I call the maintenance number and got an immediate response. The woman managing the unit came over right away and with some troubleshooting fixed the heating unit. Thank you for that!! It was very much appreciated. The unit does not have ac, which was not the biggest deal breaker.
