Step back in time in our well-maintained 1970s apartment, where originality meets tidiness. Immerse yourself in the era's charm as we've curated a vintage/retro theme adorned with vibrant hues, showcased records, guitars, and funky furniture for an authentic trip down memory lane. Fabulous location, minutes from the Swan River and Fremantle City.

Kitchen:
Our compact yet efficient kitchen features a four-burner electric cooktop, ample storage space, a sink for washing dishes (as dishwashers weren't commonplace in the 70s), and sufficient dinnerware for entertaining up to six guests.
Dining Room:
The dining room is furnished with a retro vintage table, providing comfortable seating for six people.
Bedrooms:
Both bedrooms are equipped with queen-size beds, adorned with commercially laundered linens and plush pillows for a restful night's sleep. There is also ample wardrobe space for hanging clothes and storing suitcases.
Bathroom/Laundry:
The bathroom boasts a convenient bathtub/shower combination, a vanity complete with a hair dryer, and extra towels. Additionally, we have a trough for handwashing and a washing machine and dryer for added convenience.
Balcony:
The spacious balcony is furnished with a bar table, ideal for enjoying breakfast, and two bean bags for a relaxing time while soaking in the refreshing river breeze and laid-back vibes of East Fremantle.
Take advantage of the two bikes available on-site—perfect for a scenic ride along the river just a stone’s throw away or a quick 10-minute pedal into the vibrant heart of Fremantle.
You will have access to the entire property during your stay.
We are available to answer any questions via our Guest App or over the phone during your stay. If there is something that requires attention during your stay, we will be able to attend within approximately 30 minutes.
East Fremantle's neighborhood is a harmonious blend of history and modern vibrancy. Lined with well-preserved heritage homes, the area boasts quaint cafes, boutique shops, and a strong sense of community. As part of living in Australias natural environment, we want to let you know that household pests such as ants, cockroaches, flies, lizards, snakes, spiders etc are common in Australia and are more common during the spring and summer seasons. While we take every preventative measure to minimise their presence – including regular cleaning between each guest, pest control treatments, and secure food storage – their occasional appearance is something we cannot fully control and they may surface during your stay. If this occurs please reach out and we'll happily assist to rectify this where we can.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest portal. Prior to check-in, you will be required to sign a rental agreement before being provided with your arrival instructions.
Strictly no parties or events. You will be evicted without refunds.
No smoking. A $250 cleaning fee applies.
Quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am.
Report any damaged or lost items in a timely manner; you will be required to reimburse the cost of repairs or replacement.
When vacating, please leave the property in a clean and tidy condition, with rubbish removed and dishes washed and put away. Additional cleaning fees will apply if the property is left in a poor condition.
Unreturned and/or lost house keys will be charged a flat fee of $150.00
Unreturned and/or lost gate fob will be charged a flat fee of $215.00
