Facing the sea, this is the closest location to Ilha Grande and the lagoon, just 7 to 10 minutes away by boat. The gated community boasts a virtually private beach with a pier, lush greenery, and crystal-clear water at a perfect temperature.
Space
There are 5 suites, 4 of them facing the sea. A spacious living room, integrated with the pool area, offers a wonderful view. Large and fully equipped kitchen. Parking for 3 cars.

Access to the house is via the Rio Santos highway, entering the district of Mansuaba. In this simple village, there are markets, a pharmacy, a off-licence, an ice supplier, and a reasonable commercial infrastructure, with some options for pizzerias, bars, and restaurants, all very basic.

By car, you can reach the centre of Angra dos Reis in 30 minutes, with access to shops, shopping centres, and restaurants.
Other observations
The house has spaces with significant height, making it unsuitable for children due to the risk of falling.

We will have a housekeeper and pool attendant during your stay, with activities at limited times. If you require cleaning and cooking services, these are available for an extra fee.
