- The three largest bedrooms have air-con & heating
- The two smaller rooms stay cool with ceiling fans
- Quality bedding and linen with towels & toiletries
- Master bedroom with king, ensuite, AC & desk
- 12 seater outdoor setting & sun loungers
- Lawn seating with outdoor kitchen & Smeg BBQ
- 36m waterfront boundary with 28m waterfront deck
- Main bath with jetted spa. 3rd bathroom due July
- Full laundry room with washer, dryer & powder
- Open plan lounge & dining. Views over pool & water
We are a large home with great accommodation however this is not for house parties. Gold Coast Council have strict policy and we respect our neighbours. Even if you are booking for long term stays we have a no party policy. Please read further info regarding how we manage this policy.
I am available on the phone or via the app should you have any questions. I also have a caretaker who lives close-by. We are very friendly hosts.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
☆Minut Smart home noise management devices installed to protect against parties & undue noise.
These devices do not transmit or record but simply monitor noise levels. Should noise levels exceed 80db for longer than 5 minutes after 10 pm or the total approved guests onsite exceed the booking total we are alerted and will contact the primary guest immediately.
You will receive 1 warning to reduce the noise either via sms or via your booking provider's messaging.
Guests are required to respond within 30 minutes confirming receipt of the message and that they have addressed the issue and reduced noise.
If you fail to reduce noise or respond, the booking may be terminated immediately, and security may escort you from the premises with no exceptions.
Strict no-party policy - any breach will likely result in the termination of your booking with no refund.
Guest may not touch, remove, or interfere in any way with the device. If the device is touched, removed, or shrouded, an alarm will notify us, and this may result in the booking being terminated for breaching "House rules."

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please return items/remotes/furniture back to original presentation. Outdoor lights and AC's off.
Clean BBQ, rinse crab pots/ kayaks if used and tidy up. Put pool blanket back on
If Sunday please wheel bins out. They go across the street diagonally to left as you look out from driveway. When locking up ONLY use keypad DONT lock from inside and pull shut
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
