Welcome to our sunny, light filled beach house, located right across the road from the beautiful Papamoa Beach. Just a short walk through the sand dunes and you’ll find yourself on one of the country’s most beautiful beaches. Surf, run, walk, swim, fish – Papamoa Beach offers it all.

Enjoy the beach life just steps away and coming home to the convenience of an outdoor shower and drying off in the afternoon sun. A large free-standing umbrella is available for when sun lovers have had enough for the day but wish to stay outdoors in the fresh air.

Family entertaining will be a breeze, with a full functioning kitchen, open lounge and dining area.

Long, light evenings are to be had with an outdoor dining area set up, herbs in the garden and fully fenced yard allowing the kids to run free.

Our beach house comfortably sleeps up to 6 people. The main bedroom (with queen bed) opens up with its own balcony. A second room also hosts a queen bed, where the third room contains two single beds.

Along with a clean and practical bathroom and separate toilet, there is also a front load washing machine and exterior washing line.

Towels and bedding etc provided. Porta cot and high chair available upon request. Toys, boardgames and puzzles are available to keep little ones busy during your stay.

The entire house and surrounding yard is yours to enjoy during your stay (except garage and garden shed). There is a shared driveway, so we ask you keep this clear at all times. There is no off-street parking, however plenty of roadside parking at the front of the property.
