What makes our Beach House stand out from the others you ask? Location, location, location!!
This luxurious 3 bedroom Beach House, right on Parlee Beach is truly one of a kind. Enjoy waking up to incredible beach vistas, all day fun on the beach and magical sunsets from your deck chair. Just steps from one of the best family friendly beaches in the Maritimes. You and your family can walk out the front door and be on the beach in a matter of minutes!

Come experience our warm waters and legendary hospitality.
Parlee Beach and the surrounding areas come to life in the summer months. A short leisurely walk will take you to Pointe du Chene wharf, where you can enjoy some great seafood and lively entertainment! Just a short walk in the other direction will take you to Parlee Beach.
There you will find a few great spots to have a meal or a drink as well. You will often enjoy live entertainment during the summer months there too.

We love our Beach House and want to share it with you. It is comfortable, warm, stylish and very inviting. We have paid attetntion to many details ensuring you a comfortable stay. We hope you enjoy spending time here as much as we do. You will have access to all amenities like Wifi, air conditioning, laundry facilities, Sonos music system and keyless entry just to name a few. We supply plush bath & beach towels, crisp bed linens, lounge beach chairs and a well stocked kitchen. Get a restful sleep on one of our heavenly memory foam matresses and enjoy your morning coffee on the deck overlooking the water.

We can be reached through email, text, app or phone. In case of any urgent situations we have someone close by to help out if needed.

Amazing place, amazing view!

Superb cottage right on Parlee beach. Beautiful and cozy renovation. Very comfortable place with an amazing view on the sea. Next to multiple Shediac bicycle path and next to many attractions within 30 min.

My family had an A stay at this cottage. All week long we kept commenting how impressed we were with this immaculate cottage. Location, and all the amenities. Very professionally managed and cared for. It was like moving into a brand new home on the first day. The WOW factor was definitely present. Just a great positive stay!! You will not be disappointed!!

We came again after one year and enjoyed our stay as much as the first time. It’s so nice to come into a clean house, three bouquets of fresh flowers standing in different rooms. I love to wake up in the morning and watch the sun rise above the ocean, watching the birds feeding on the shoreline. Sitting outside on the front or back porch on comfortable chairs is so relaxing. The ocean was still warm enough that we could go swimming, we enjoyed our vacation very much and hope to come back next year

Best vacation rental we ever had

We stayed at the cottage for only 5 days but we will come back. It is beautiful - both the house itself and the location. The owners Terry and Pasquale as well as the manager Lisa were very nice and helpful. We were welcomed by two amazing flower bouquets. The house is very clean, we three are having asthma and severe allergies and were having no health issues at all during our stay. I love to cook and bake, the kitchen is fully equipped, even a Kitchen Aid was there for our use. The house holds plenty of dishes and cutlery including sharp knifes, it was so easy and nice to cook, especially with the nice view. The location is great, just getting off the deck and using the path to the beach felt like the perfect vacation.
