This unit is located at the 5th floor of the building. Access to entire unit. No sharing with other guest.

3 Double Size Bed (Sleeps 6 person)



Living Area:

Sofa Bed (Sleeps 2 person)



Total of 8 Adults can comfortably stay



Amenities is of hotel quality. Towels and Toiletries are provided during your stay. Washing machine comes with free detergent. WIFI Available.



Guest Access:

You can access my entire apartment. No Sharing with other guest. Feel free to use the amenities during your stay.

10 mins walk from Hiroshima Station



Other Things to Note:

Check in time is 3PM and Check out time is 11AM. Please be mindful of the time as we still need to clean the room for the next guest.

No smoking inside the unit.

Parties are strictly prohibited.

Pets are not allowed.



Under Japanese law, all hosts are required to keep a record of all guests. This includes their name, home address, occupation and dates of stay. If your guest does not have a home address in Japan, you will need to collect a copy of their passport stating their nationality and passport number.



So please send me your passport copy after your reservation is confirmed. Kindly fill up the check in form and attach your passport id. Once the form has been completed, the self check in instruction will be sent to you on your check in day.

CCTV/Security Camera:

The unit is protected with CCTV for the safety of my guest. It also serves as my guide when you do self check in. Please be aware and be guided accordingly.



It is a requirement for all hotel and short term rental license for each host.
