The spacious living area is located in the rear of the home, with a large flat screen TV surrounded by comfortable seating options for everyone in your group. The back wall of glass sliding doors allows a ton of natural light to flow in. Preparing gourmet meals from home is easy thanks to the fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances. The indoor dining table sits right next to the kitchen and offers seating for six. There’s a convenient powder room located in the downstairs hallway.

THE POOL AREA...

A truly unique feature of this home is the large sliding pocketed doors on the back of the house that create an epic indoor/outdoor living space, when open. Step out to the fully fenced backyard, which is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping to provide maximum privacy. Take a dip in the heated saltwater pool to relax after a long day of walking the streets of Old Town. The backyard gets plenty of sun throughout the day and there are chaise lounges on the pool deck for laying out.
