A wonderful home for holiday and visiting friends. New Renovated on 2023,Central Hamilton location.
* 8mins drive to WaikatoHospital
* 5mins drive to Hamilton City center
* 5mins drive to Hamilton Lake

The space
Downstairs include（Air conditioning):

Upstairs include(Air conditioning only in the Suite):

One of the three room is an suite.
Heaters and fans are available in the other two rooms in summer and winter.

Guest can access all the spaces provided. Please note, to open/close the garage door please press the switch on the wall.

Awesome stay , not too sure what the big fuss about traffic noise was from . Seemed a bit exaggerated by looking at the rest of the reviews .Place I was tidy , family friendly and just overall a great house .

It was very comfortable clean and generally had a nice feel to the place. Garage is also available. It's on a fairly busy street but the pluses to the property far outweigh the minus.

I was very disappointed with the state of the bed sheets and pillow cases it had a disgusting odor as if it hasn't been changed by the cleaners. The 1st room next to the stairs.The Tv also wasnt accommodating everything was in Chinese, youtube, prime, was very difficult to change settings as we couldn't understand a word! Every app was locked and required our own login The main shower was ALSO disappointing, drain was blocked and the water would fill up the shower. Disgusting! Very disappointing and would never book here again!

Parking is a nightmare. Living room couch and carpet were filthy, spoiled and a place you would not want to sit. Extremely load noise from the street at night. Absolutely no spices or condiments.

A great place to stay

This met all our expectations for our 2 night stay. We loved it. It was close to our event venue. Immaculate in its cleanliness. Easy and clear comms with host. Recommend this stay without reservation. (Pun not intended)

Handy spot. Generally decent facilities...although broken loo seats and kitchen cupboard doors...very noisy next to the road - every wagon made the whole place shake on it's foundations...

Hamilton condo

We stayed in Hamilton prior to AUK departure. Easy, freeway drive to airport. Condo convenient but on road with traffic noise all night, countertops and furniture not clean, and parking tricky to navigate in RAV 4.

Hamilton Quick Visit

An excellent townhouse at the front of a complex. Clean, light and airy, well equipped. As the listing suggests, the garage was a little small for our rented Toyota Camry, so we parked (as suggested) in the front lawn between the hedge and the building. Very safe and out of sight. We walked to the grocery store and prepared dinner at home!

Lovely spacious home and well decorated. Amenities were awesome and really appreciated the washing/drying facilities and aircon. Parking did not work for our Triton, either in the garage or on the front lawn (that the 2nd unit were also told they could use) it was too tight for us and took another person to advise when to stop to avoid hitting either the fence or the building. Road noise was a bit high as advised in the listing but the vibration of the unit from road traffic was a surprise. The back room wardrobe kept shaking and vibrating more than the other 3 rooms.

Perfect location

A modern and spacious unit, perfect for what we needed for a short-term stay. Perfect location, close to town and the lake. It was a little noisy overnight as the unit is on a busy street but the family slept through. The kitchen had enough plates, pots/pans utensils etc. It would have been handy to have a cloth to wipe down the benches as there were only 2 tea towels. We struggled to get the lockbox open to get the key but managed to open it in the end. It was also nice to park the car in the garage!
