Additionally, the property offers a relaxing and enjoyable environment with a private pool where you can enjoy leisurely moments together. And for those looking to further explore the amenities of the community, there's also an exclusive club available for residents' use, providing memorable family moments.

Enjoy the private pool for relaxation and fun! You can request to have the pool heated for your stay for an additional fee. Please keep in mind, the pool heater can take up to 48 hours to fully heat, so requesting the pool heater before your check-in is highly recommend. Unfortunately, the BBQ grill at this property is not available for rent. However, we can provide alternative grill rental options that might suit your needs. The Neighborhood:

Windsor at Westside Resort, Orlando Florida is one of the most popular resort communities in the Orlando/Kissimmee area.



We, Stars Vacation Homes, are a one of many local property management companies that offers a selection of vacation homes for rent in the resort.



This fantastic gated resort was built by Pulte Homes and the resort amenities are operated for the HOA by Castle Group.



Featuring an extraordinary 10,000 sq.ft. clubhouse, lake & pier, zero-entry resort-style pool complete with a waterslide, lazy river, and Kids’ water playground.



The "Tu Casa Tiki bar & fireplace lounge" serves food for poolside dining.



There is also a fitness center, volleyball courts, and a sundry shop and video arcade.



The ideal location offers easy access to the Disney World® theme parks via toll road 429.



Also, close by are many dining and shopping options.



Other Things to Note:

BOOKING YOUR STAY:

You must be 21 years of age or older to book with us. When requested, the guest must provide us with an ID. Your ID and payment method must match. Failure to provide ID will result in the booking being canceled.





BEFORE CHECKING IN:

Attention: it is very important that all guests must provide a complete guest list of first and last names by 5pm EST at least 24 hours before their arrival. The resort will not allow access if the names are not registered.



AMENITIES:

* Pack ’n Plays and high chairs are available upon request.

* Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod).

* After the starter supplies, guests are responsible for restocking items as needed.

* Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items.

* Washer & dryer available.



MAINTENANCE:

We’re always ready to assist with any maintenance needs—surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.



POOL HEATER:

Please note the pool heater can take up to 24 HOURS to fully heat and will be turned on once the payment has been processed, so please be sure to request the pool heater at least 48 hours before your arrival. *The pool is heated to 86F For health and safety reasons we cannot raise the temperature beyond 86°F. I appreciate your understanding. Just to clarify, the pool and the SPA share the same water temperature, as they are both heated by the same system. We understand that 'SPA' can sometimes be mistaken for a jacuzzi, but in this case, it's a relaxing warm water area without hydromassage jets. If you have any questions or need anything else, we’re here to help!"





IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Pool and Spa heater is an additional fee and it must be requested

- The resort charges a $10 fee for deliveries
