Our family enjoyed a great couple of nights at the property which was in an ideal location for our ‘Perth stay’. Yvonne was easy to communicate with and provided a lovely basket of goodies which was very thoughtful & appreciated by all. This apartment was an excellent base for our recent trip to Perth. Checking in to the apartment was easy with clear instructions about location, parking and gaining entry to the premises provided just prior to our booking. The apartment itself was well appointed with beautiful furnishings, all the cooking utilities we needed and there was even a few very much appreciated goodies left on the bench for us. Bedrooms were well set out with comfortable beds, ample pillows and the option of extra blankets if needed.I was really impressed with all of the small, thoughtful touches around the apartment that make staying away from home that much nicer. It’s a great place for its location but also just to kick back and relax.The car parking made me a bit nervous the first time in our 4WD as the entry slopes down from the road to the carport but it was actually fine.Departure instructions were clear and simple to follow.All in all, I highly recommend!

The house is quite new so it was nice and clean. The kitchen is pretty well equipped. It's in a nice and quiet neighbourhood street. We were there on Halloween so the kids get to do trick or treat with the locals which was fun.

The Urban Oasis Hideaway – A Perfect Base for Exploring PerthThe Urban Oasis Hideaway is ideally located—just a short walk to the river and only a five-minute drive to the city, Burswood, or Perth Stadium. The home was exceptionally clean and spacious, offering a comfortable master bedroom along with two other generously sized bedrooms.The kitchen, laundry, and entertainment facilities were all well-appointed and made the property ideal for an extended stay. We loved our stay at the "Urban Oasis Hideaway", which truly lived up to its name. The location was perfect in terms of access to the city as well as the surrounding area. And yet, her town house itself felt like a true oasis where we felt very much at home. Yvonne has taken care to make her townhouse very welcoming and it was really easy to feel at home from the moment we stepped in through the front door. Both levels are light-filled with plenty of screened windows and sliding doors to let both light and fresh air freely flow through the home. The kitchen is really well equipped and functional. The living/dining areas downstairs and the three bedrooms upstairs were roomy and thoughtfully furnished. There are also three outdoor areas -- two patios and one balcony -- that are perfect for outdoor dining. The Kensington neighbourhood is very quiet and made for enjoyable walks exploring the area -- especially the large riverside park and great cafes nearby. If anything it was hard to leave, because we felt so at home! We definitely look forward to being able to return on our next trip to Perth.
