This beautiful character terrace sits in the heart of Erskineville and has been thoughtfully designed for easy inner-city living. The open plan living and kitchen space flows to a sundrenched courtyard, creating a lovely flow between the indoors and out.

A bright yellow door greets you upon arrival. Stepping inside, a long hallway leads down to the back of the property where the living area awaits. The modern kitchen is designed around a breakfast bar, with plenty of space to prepare meals, socialise or take things slow over your morning coffee. It comes fully equipped for your holiday catering, and you’ll also find a BBQ out the back along with abundant cafes and restaurants close by. Dine alfresco soaking up the fresh air. In the evening, relax on the large sofa with a TV for your entertainment and air-conditioning to keep things cool.

You’ll sleep easy in three charming bedrooms. The primary bedroom boasts a king-size bed along with plenty of wardrobe space for your belongings. In the second bedroom, set with a double bed, you’ll find a dedicated workspace for those needing to set up a laptop. The third bedroom is custom-made for kids with a single bed and lovely bright furnishings. The contemporary bathroom allows you to refresh in style with a generous rain shower and bathtub, while a second powder room adds to your everyday convenience.

Laundry facilities can be found in the back and include a washing machine and dryer.
