Susan was very accommodating & quick to respond to any & all communication. The apartment itself was very nice, clean & well appointed. The only reasons for the rating were the steep stairs to enter upstairs apartment & the location was somewhat noisy all night & industrial.

Baby Boomers from New England.

We were only in St. John for one night. We took the ferry the next day. The reservation worked very well for us. Everything was very clean and convenient. Would be helpful to mention that it is on the second floor....only accessible by two very steep sets of outside stairs.

Nice affordable apartment. Properly alerted potential renters of steps to reach apartment. Aside from bathroom apartment was very well cleaned. Tub and floor in bathroom were not adequately cleaned - hair on floor and in tub. Not at all fancy but a very nice basic no-frills apartment at a reasonable cost. Owner was an excellent communicator.
