Exactly what we needed - great location close to beach and very quiet area. Days spent at the beach and then getting in the pool in the evenings. Couldn't think of a more perfect beachside getaway.

Very enjoyable!

This home is a perfect place for a family getaway. Enjoyed the area and the house was just like coming Back to your own. Very well stocked Kitchen, spacious living area and loved the outside decks and downstairs area with smaller children. Pool was a big plus.

Very nice home. The kitchen was stocked very well, probably one of the best stocked kitchens I’ve seen in a rental home. The bedrooms were a little warm and there was not a dishwasher. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The pool and the downstairs area was also a big hit.

This house was perfect for our family and needs. We spent most of the time outside in the pool or underneath the house in the shade. Perfect for walking to the beach as well. We will be going back again to stay here.

Very nice home in a great area with lots of things close by to do. Fast responses from property manager. Only complaint is water in kitchen sink only got luke-warm.

Great location close to beach

We had a lovely time! Great location, clean, our kids enjoyed the pool. Heads up to others … there is not a dining room table (which meant two of us ate at the island and the other three on TV tray tables sitting on the sofa). The master bath has a bathtub only (my 6’7” husband showered in the other bathroom). And the listing says there’s a desk, but there isn’t one (which made working remotely a challenge).

Fantastic Family Fun

Negative: Place was not cleaned prior to our arrival (empty water bottles under the bed, downstairs toilet looked like the aftermath of tequila shots and late night Taco Bell, and remnants of an Oreo battle under living room couch), the towels smelled like someone was exhaling cigarette smoke directly into them, and the propane tanks were all empty. Positive: Everything else. The location was great, the pool was awesome, the house layout is perfect for families with kids, the beds were comfortable, the outdoor bar area was fantastic, our kids loved the included pool floats and toys, and the house is an easy drive to all the fun things to do in both Gulfport and Biloxi. After we cleaned up a little, we settled in and had a blast. Disclaimer: I am sure someone would have been sent to clean up and refill propane tanks had we asked. I did not ask because we were in vacation mode and I didn’t want to be bothered. Overall: I would go back. Minor cleaning issues aside, the place is a great vacation destination.
