So impressed!

We had such a very nice stay at Jeaneth's condo. She's thought of everything! The kitchen was superbly equipped, the rooms were beautiful and comfortable, and I think I've had the best shower in Nicaragua (I've been in the country for three months, so it was a real treat). The rooftop deck was perfect for sunrises and sunsets -- it really was a fantastic place to stay and Jeaneth was the ultimate host, taking great care to help us arrive and providing all sorts of luxuries and comforts. Very satisfied! Great owner, great condo, great experience.

Great Place to Stay in Matagalpa

The Green House is a great little place to stay in Matagalpa. Very well equipped in the kitchen and bathrooms. Jeaneth was very responsive and my family and I enjoyed our stay. Only a few small things to be aware of. There is a bar on the same block that plays music very loudly at night, and since the house has an open space where the staircase is, you can’t really do much to block it out. The main bathroom is in the media room instead of the bedroom and the staircase is winding with small stairs. This could potentially be an issue with older adults or young children, as it would be easy to fall. Just make sure you know whether those you’re traveling with could have trouble with it. I don’t think you could find anything better in Matagalpa for the price! Recommended for a quaint, cozy stay.

Well equipped house in heart of Matagalpa

My husband and 2 daughters, ages 3 and 6 had a nice stay at this well equipped rental house. The owner was very responsive to questions before and during our stay. The pull out sofa bed worked well for our daughters. Both that room and our bedroom had air conditioning that worked well. There was enough storage space in the bedroom to unpack our things for our 6 night stay. The kitchen had much more items than other rental houses I have stayed in which was nice for cooking. The views from the balcony terrace were great. Having a hot shower with adequate water pressure was a real luxury in Nicaragua. With its central location, the only downside to this house is the noise from the street and nearby dance club. We were able to drown that out with the air conditioners and would stay here again.
