This newly built, 2 bedroom apartment has everything you need to make your holiday complete. A full kitchen, bathroom, and laundry facilities will offer you convenience and comfort during your stay. Walking distance to rugby and cricket stadiums, and Frankton train station. 5 minute drive to Hamilton CBD restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. 3 minute drive to Hamilton Lake and 5 mins to Waikato Hospital. 1 minute drive to Greenwood St (all the fast food restaurants open until late).
PLEASE NOTE parking is on street only, and there are internal stairs in the apartment and inside the complex therefore it is not suitable for anyone with accessibility needs.
