Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. This brand new modern townhouse will make the perfect home away from home .
The home is located on a quiet residential street with free on street parking. Kids playgrounds are in the area and walking trails .
A quick drive to restaurants, theatre and shopping .
Guests coming to major events at the peavymart centrium arena (westerner) can be pleased to know that it is less than 5 min drive from the home .
The space
The main floor has a living room , kitchen , dining area , laundry and half bath. The lower level consists of a lounge area with tv , bedroom and full bathroom .
Upper level has a master bedroom with en-suite and 2 bedrooms with 1 full bathroom.

Great stay in Gasoline Alley!

We occasionally visit South Red Deer and need a place close to Gasoline Alley. This place was terrific - nice and clean with great amenities and an easy walk to great breakfasts at Glenn’s And the Farmer’s Market. The property owner was helpful and responsive to answer questions. We highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again.

Red Deer Comfortable Townhouse

Very clean. Very nice. As advertised. Beds are comfy. Kitchen and bathrooms well equipped. 3 full bathrooms plus a half bathroom on main floor was great.

stylish townhouse, located on a quiet street with quick access to HWY 2 , it's about 20 minutes to Sylvan Lake, 7 minutes to Westerner park, location of the Peavey Mart Centrium, home of the Red Deer Rebels, a Canadian Junior Ice Hockey Team. 2 minutes to Costco, Restaurants, Theatre. 7 minutes to Red Deer Regional AirPort. Few minutes walk to convenience store, bus stop and Farmers market.
