W0206: This completely renovated unit is located on the second floor of the west tower of Eden. You can take in the spectacular views of the Gulf from the newly remodeled kitchen. The kitchen features a Keurig duo for the perfect cup, or pot of coffee in this beautiful kitchen that has quartz countertops, island and all stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom has a king size bed, SMART flat screen HD/TV with an adjoining bath. The master bath has a walk in tiled shower and a soaking tub that is perfect after a long day in the sun. The guest bedroom has a Queen size bed and even a trundle for additional sleeping with a flat screen Tv. The guest bathroom also features a tiled in shower perfect for the kids to rinse away all the salt and sand they played in all day! The living room is beautifully decorated with a sofa sleeper and features a large 65 inch SMART flat screen. The balcony can be accessed by both the master bedroom and the living area making the most of your Gulf front view. There is a wet bar that has an ice maker with a blender perfect for that smoothie. This property has Cox Cable and free WiFi with a full sized washer and dryer.
