The property is beautiful, very comfy, a little outdated but cozy. The only think is that the kitchen utensils were dirty. We couldnā€™t use the coffee machine for that same reason. The water filter of the fridge was on red so we couldnā€™t drink that water. Also, the washer machine had a bad smell. The views from the balcony are AMAZING and made us forget about everything else.

Thank you for the 4-star review for Palms Resort 1002. Iā€™m glad you found the unit cozy and that the balcony views made your stay special. Iā€™m sorry the kitchen utensils and coffee maker werenā€™t clean, the fridge filter showed it needed attention, and the washer had an unpleasant smell ā€” that isnā€™t the standard we expect. Iā€™ve reported these issues to housekeeping and maintenance so they can clean/replace items and address the washer odor. If thereā€™s anything else we could improve to earn 5 stars, please share details via Vrbo messaging. Weā€™d love to host you again.

Everything was well stocked with what we needed to use. We had plenty of room for everyone and was close to the car show for us. The only slight downside was that in the pictures for the room with the twins beds made it look a lot bigger than it was in person. We did have someone with us that was taller than the twin size bed but thankfully there was a pullout sofa that was plenty of room.

The condo was clean, nicely furnished and had excellent views. A few more supplies in the kitchen would have been nice. Most units Iā€™ve stayed in had coffee filters, salt, pepper, sugar and a left over assortment of sandwich baggies, foil, Saran Wrap, dishwasher detergent, spices for cooking etc. This unit only supplies one packet of dishwasher detergent and one roll of paper towels.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only gave 4 stars because the one balcony door is very difficult to open and the handle is falling off. Grab bar in one of the showers keeps falling out and could present safety hazard. However, we would definitely stay here again!

My favorite "perch" was the balcony off of the master bedroom with a sturdy poly material high top table with lifeguard chairs overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. From majestic sunrises to a perfect set of interactions with the management staff, it was wonderful, easy and convenient. The location is breathtaking alone but the condo was well outfitted, clean and bright. I absolutely loved being here and will be back... and it will be at THIS spot!

Nevertheless, some things in the condo needs to be repared like the patio doors (very difficult to open and close), the water donā€™t go fast enough in the bath, one of the lazyboy donā€™t smell good and maybe needs a little Ā« febreeze Ā».
