Was as advertised. Elevators were never backed up or too busy. Always had a parking spot. Easy beach access for day time and night time beach activities.

Staff were pleasant. Location was good. The condo was nice. Decor was nice as well. It is in need of some updates - furniture has seen better days, tile is older, but for our purposes it was fine.

Bender (management company) was great, communicative and helpful. The condo was very clean, tidy and the views were incredible! It could use some minor upgrades but again...those views! It was nice being beach front, having a washer/dryer, sipping on coffee on the balcony and having private master bedroom for my wife and I while my kids had their own. I would suggest an upgrade to the TV in the living room and a few small kitchen items like cutting boards, bottle opener and mixing bowls. Really no major complaints though, would book again.

Great condo. Very quiet and peaceful

The condo was very clean and is decorated very brightly and beachie. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed. There are a couple of issues that need addressing but nothing that detracted from our stay. (The door to the hot water heater closet was off track)

Spring Break

We enjoyed our condo. The decor was beautiful. I recommend getting some coasters to sit around to keep people from putting their drinks differently on the furniture. The bathroom connected to the master bedroom needs a new commode. It is old, discolored and very low to the floor. It needs to be handicap accessible. Otherwise everything was great!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the decor and location. Easy access to the beach and pool. However, The kitchen was not properly maintained. Pots and pans were atrocious and not usable. Knives had been put away with caked on stuff. In talking to people from other units, the same seemed to hold true. Also, they give you one trash bag, one roll of toilet paper for each bath and one roll of paper towels for the week. Seems a bit stingy for what you pay. I would recommend this property to a friend however, I would take my own cookware and plates and kitchen utensils.
