CBD. The building features a 27th-floor communal pool deck and outdoor
gym with breathtaking ocean, city, and mountain views. This central
position makes the apartment ideal for leisure or business travel. Walk
to the CTICC or take a 5-minute drive to the V&A Waterfront. Just a
10-minute drive to Table Mountain and the famous beaches of Clifton and
Camps Bay.
The building is unaffected by load shedding/power cuts!
The Space:
This elegant studio has a fully equipped modern design kitchen, as well
as a lounge with a trendy modular couch. The bedroom section includes a
queen-size bed with an en suite walk-in shower. The glazed Juliet
balcony on the 20th floor is ideal for taking in the city's views with
a peak of the mountain.
