We would love for you to enjoy your holiday in our beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-story home, featuring a fully fenced backyard – perfect for relaxation and outdoor fun.
Downstairs, you'll find a ping pong table for some friendly competition, along with a double lock-up garage, a second toilet, and an outdoor shower for added convenience after a day at the beach.
There is also double side gate access, ideal for securely parking a boat or trailer.

The front verandah is a lovely spot to unwind, offering comfortable seating where you can enjoy a cold drink while taking in the ocean breezes and views.

For your convenience, Cedar Park Shopping Centre and supermarket are just metres away. Yeppoon’s vibrant CBD is only a 3-minute drive, where you'll find the popular beachfront lagoon, cafes, and all the amenities you need. Cooee Bay Beach is just a 6-minute walk away, perfect for an early morning stroll or a refreshing dip in the sparkling ocean.
