Pool Heating Information
• Heater is set to a maximum of 95°F (35°C) (standard).
• Heating takes time—water does not warm instantly.
• Pool and spa share the same heater, reaching the same temperature.
• Please note: unlike hotel systems, the water will be comfortably warm, not hot.
• On colder, cloudy, or rainy days, heating may take longer, and surface water may feel cooler.

• All Plenitude Villas properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before check-in.
• Fresh sheets and towels are provided upon arrival.

To avoid extra fees, please respect the house rules and leave the property in the same condition as upon arrival. Possible charges include:
• Late check-out after 10 AM = 1 extra day charged.
• Smoking fine = $500.
• Pet fee = $150.
• Excess garbage/trash = $75.
• Air conditioning damage = $150.
• Emergency plumbing for clogs = $75.
• Unauthorized parties = $1,000 penalty.
• Extra guests = $100 per person.
