Reservations are for a 7 day stay/1 week stay and can start on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday. Children are 12 and under. The living rooms include sleeper sofas to accommodate a maximum number of guests per room.

1. However, because the resort books up very quickly, we recommend booking at least 6 months out or earlier, because this can help guarantee the dates you wish to travel. Generally, the availability from January through March is very tight, so reservations for this period should be made as far in advance as possible. Reservation dates can be modified up to 90 days prior to check in. Less than a 90-day notice cannot be modified, unless there is a medical emergency.
2. This resort is not all-inclusive, and payment at the resort is cashless; you may use your credit card or register your credit card at check in to get set up for a signature-only payment system. We found that restaurant prices are comparable to most popular eateries in the U.S.
3. A small municipal tax of around $7 (depending on the value of the pesos to dollar) is charged each day.
4. Because this is a membership resort, an offer to attend an informational (sales) meeting that includes a free breakfast, discounts on tours and resort activities, and 10% off food and beverage at check-out is presented at check in. It is optional and there is no obligation to attend.

Vidanta is happy to note room requests and does its best to accommodate as is logistically possible; room assignments are made and dependent on availability at the resort at the time of check-in. Vidanta realizes not all views can be ocean and does work hard to make sure the resort is beautiful from all angles. In our experience, the views of the golf course, river, jungle, mountains, and downtown are all spectacular.
