Yes. Pool and spa heat can be added for $30/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased.

A BBQ grill is kept at the home and is available for rent. Charcoal grills are not allowed.
3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?

4) Is the kitchen fully stocked?
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.)

Great place to stay for our family Vacation!

This house was perfect for our large family! It was clean, and was just as it shows in the pictures. The kids loved the game room, pool/hot tub, pool table, and theater room. There was plenty of space, it never felt too crowded even with our large group. Overall, it was perfect for our family and our needs and would consider booking again.

We had a great stay! The house was gorgeous and had plenty of space for everyone. There were a couple of small issues (the outdoor screen and projector weren’t working), and while the managers came out quickly to check, they weren’t able to get them fixed during our stay. It didn’t take away from our trip though — the included resorts were fantastic, and the kids especially loved the one with the big water slides. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely come back!

Fun in the Sun!

This was a great property to stay at while in FL. The house and community had great amenities. We didn't even need to leave the kids had so much fun in the pools and arcade. The location is close to parks and shops/restaurants. Highly recommend!

Great family reunion

The home was comfortably for all 9 of us. The kids and adults enjoyed the pool, games and movie room. Having two water parks to go to was great. The Oasis club water park was our favorite and closer to the house

Great family vacation home!

Our family had a great time. If you or your kids are Star Wars fans, stay here! The house, the pool, and the golf was all wonderful, and the parks are not too far either!

Amazing Property

This house has everything you need. From the game room, to the theater room, to the beautiful pool and hot tub, this place is absolutely perfect. The kids had a blast, as did the adults. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely great house to stay at!

We stayed at this beautiful home for a week in a golf getaway. The house was very clean, inviting and everything they said on the listing was true. Great location. Great backyard! Pool heat was on when we got there, unlike others places I stayed. We had zero issues with the place. Would definitely recommend this home. 10/10Dealt with Keith the whole time and he was a pleasure to deal with!

Star Wars fun!

The Star Wars theme was excellent. The game room was terrific. The pool was perfect. The hurricane was not, but who can control the weather! If we're ever back in Orlando area looking for a place for a large group, we would definitely return to this property.

For Star Wars Fans

Owners went all out on this property outfitting it for Star Wars fans. Beautiful hand painted murals, themed rooms, as well as modern decorated rooms for adults. Game room, movie room were a hit. 10 min walk to Oasis Clubhouse.

Great house for the whole family!

We rented this property mainly for our grandsons who are HUGE Star Wars fans and it did not disappoint! The rooms were exactly as shown online and the game room and movie room were HUGE hits! The home was clean and beds were very comfortable. The only small issues were no high chair as advertised, a broken pack and play and very little pots/pans/cookware that we could use (the pots and pans were teflon coated and very scraped up. We recommended they replace them ASAP). These were truly small issues that I am sure will be rectified for the next renter as the house in general was wonderful and we would definitely return when we head back to Universal Studios or Disney! The house is easy to get to and close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Don't sleep on this house for your family travels to Orlando - you will NOT be disappointed!

Great Time-Great Themed Property

So much to enjoy at this property! Communication, with quick responses, great from very first inquiry. Keith was very on top of answering all questions. Kids loved the game room as did kids at heart. Definitely recommend paying extra for the pool heat as temp of pool was perfect. Loved projector by pool allowing us to watch high school basketball playoff games. Wanted to let future guests know that the Retreat Club is available free of charge and includes two large water slides that were a hit. Ask at the Oasis Club for address about 1.4 miles I want to say. Also free access to basketball court use just over 2 miles away, but check with Oasis club for access code to get into development with the court. The house had comfortable beds and a room with a slide and an accent lights. A lot of thought went into decorating the home and rooms. Thanks for letting us stay at your property. Don’t think anymore, book this home.

Awesome time

Overall it was a great trip, communication was excellent prior to the trip. The facility and amenities were awesome. The number of people who contacted us about the house is crazy. Some things to note:there was nothing in the instructions about the pool safe alarm. Given we had never stayed at a place with a pool before we thought we had triggered some security alarm.The setup of the access to the wifi and the accounts needed to make these items useable could be flushed out a little more in the instructions.Some of the numerous remotes did not work because the batteries had expired but no biggie we went and got more batteries.Finally, the instructions about garbage disposal upon leaving was quite clear however not knowing (maybe a small map) where to bring the overflow of garbage was frustrating. We sent a message to the property managers around 8am when we were packing up but never got a message until after we had left by the 10 am checkout.

Spare yourself the disappointed

We were very disappointed the movie projector in the theater room did not work. This was a major draw for us to rent this property. When we informed the property manager about it, they did send someone to look at it, they said it was new but the bulb needed replacement. They said they would try to locate one but never got back to us or repaired it. All communication from them at that point stopped. The ice maker in refrigerator does not work and is closed with what looks to be a shoe lace. It makes it hard to open and close refrigerator. The pictures of the house look nice, but this property is not well maintained..

Out of this World Home

My family and I stayed in the home for a week and had a wonderful time. Plenty of space for our family of 6 to spread out and relax. We enjoyed the home theater and game room as well as use of the resort pool and lazy river. The home was very close to the Oasis Club, making travel to and from very easy; we could have easily walked by we drove and there was ample parking. The kids really loved the Star Wars theme and many themed kid’s rooms. It’s the perfect home for a large family or groups traveling together - we wished we brought more friends and family with us. The one small thing I will caution is that the master bedroom and the game room share a wall. We learned that quickly the first morning and set some time rules for when the kids could start playing so mom and dad could sleep a little later. The game room itself is well sound insulated from the rest of the house but some noise was inevitable when the two rooms share a wall. If we have the opportunity to go back and stay again, we’d definitely utilize the grill and plan for more meals around the pool. There was plenty of space to relax and cook/eat out there and the kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking essentials. While we always hope to be easy-going travelers and never bother anyone, we did have to reach out to the property manager for one matter (unrelated to the home). They were very timely with their communications and handled the matter quickly.

The star wars decor of the property was great. All the pictures are completely accurate. The property manager was great to deal with. Quick to reply and when we pointed out some issues was quick to come and resolve them when possible. Having stayed in ChampionsGate before we knew exactly what we were getting into. Both Club houses are very nice and the newer one has some fun waterslides for the kids. The home was clean, it probably has the best water pressure of any place I have ever stayed. Pool was very nice, hot tub got nice and hot. Two significant negatives during our stay. One bike racing game was operational the entire visit. The basketball game wouldn't keep score. Someone came out to look at it and took the rim down and took most of the electronics with him so from that day forward the kids couldn't even shoot hoops. The second bike game needed to be rebooted constantly due to a memory leak on the PC. Skeeball didn't keep accurate score either. Overall this was a major let down as the game room was a big selling feature. The second negative, there is a kink in the projector screen outside. The screen doesn't lay flat so watching TV on it was very weird. Property manager said they were going to replace it but didn't provide a timeline.The house desperately needs a "user guide". Basic things like how to get the TV/projector to work. Labels on the light switches etc.Overall, if you love Star Wars, this is the house for you.
