This was so perfect for our small family reunion.Our place was the gathering place.We had people in from LA, DC, South Carolina, and Texas.We were so pleased with this choice.

Great, relaxing space!

We spent the week in Bentonville with our two teenage boys. We enjoyed relaxing on the couch, doing a few loads of laundry, and playing many games of ping-pong! It was only a mile long walk into town for dinner each night, which we consider a short distance. We will definitely be back in the future!

Quiet abode on 11th

Quiet, clean, and comfortable! 20 minute walk to downtown Bentonville and very close to a delicious Crepes Paulette restaurant! Pictures on VRBO site matched the website. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Bentonville.

Great house

The house was clean and comfortable. A well stocked kitchen and it is nice to sit outside in the backyard. The ping pong table was fun too. The best part is the location. It is close to everything fun to do as a family. We enjoyed Thaden field with a cool playground and delicious Louise restaurant. Crystal Bridges and the Amazeum was fun and again about 5 min from the house.

Perfect combination of space, comfort and fun.

Convenient location near everything we needed in Bentonville and short drive to Rogers. House is lovely and everything feels 'new' Some towels still had new tags. Ample bed and closet space. Primary bed was AMAZING! Kitchen was well stocked on dishes. Soap, trash bags, toilet paper was all provided. Owner was easy to communicate with. Home was clean. Ping pong table in bonus room was a huge hit for all ages.

So disappointed

This was the worst experience I have had with a vacation rental. I was expecting a beautiful house like I saw in the listing but this is not what I found when I arrived at the house. The decor was beautiful but the cleanliness and overall state of the house was awful. We spent one night there before finding another rental to finish out our stay in the area. I feel like the cost was far more than the worth of the stay. I will not be booking this house again.

Good Stay

We really enjoyed our stay overall. The home was comfortable, the beds were great, and the location couldn’t be better! We loved being so close to downtown. We also enjoyed the covered porch every evening.There were a few minor inconveniences worth mentioning. When we arrived, we found dirty dishes in the cabinets. We ran the dishwasher right away to ensure we had clean dishes. The TV in the main living area never worked, although the one in the room with the ping-pong table did (just not as comfortable seating). We also found one towel that appeared not to have been washed, though the rest were clean. Lastly, the shower curtain in the hall bathroom didn’t quite fit properly, causing some water to leak when showering. None of these issues were major, and they didn’t stop us from enjoying our time at the house.

We loved our stay

My wife and I, along with 3 teenage boys and our 4 year old stayed here recently. We absolutely loved our time. The home was perfect for our family. The boys spent their time in the game room, playing ping pong and Fortnite on the giant TV. Our daughter loved running around in the back yard. We cooked a couple of meals there. I grilled some steaks on the back patio. The location was perfect as well. Quiet street tucked away. But within walking distance to downtown. Blake was our representative. He was very responsive and accommodating. We added an extra night and it was no issue at all. We had a great family trip and are already talking about planning another trip here. Thank you for a great experience and home!

Cute house, quiet street.

We found the house to be super cute. This house is located on a very quiet street. We had a slight problem with the a/c not being cool when we arrived. We then noticed the thermostat was blinking low battery. It then quit running and read replace battery in thermostat. We found batteries in the utility room and replaced them, a/c started back up. We called Blake our contact person and he was amazing. He was able to get an a/c repair person to come check it out on a Friday night to make sure there was nothing else wrong except low batteries on thermostat. He called and kept us informed. It ended up only being the batteries. House cooled down nicely and we enjoyed it immensely. Thanks for the great customer service Blake!Also bed and furniture was very comfortable.
