You will be close to transit, Rogers Place, City Center mall, restaurants, liquor stores & River Valley. Ultra fast Gigabit Internet. Powerful Danby air conditioner in the unit with remote control.

Stylish & family-friendly 1 bedroom 2 full beds (with ultra-comfy memory foam sofa bed) condo that has all you need including in-suite laundry, Amazon Prime & Telus TV included, Netflix, full blown kitchen with all essentials. Includes Sportnet subscription watch Oilers & Blue Jays games!

Entire condo/loft is available once booked. It is not shared with anyone else. Building has a convenience store, liquor/mj store on the lower level of the building accessible from the building elevators. LRT transit system also connected to the building and no need to go outside great for winter months.

next to the Central Station transit and the Westin/Fairmont. Directly across the street from Telus House and ATB financial. There is also restaurants connected to the building and a liquor, cannabis, and convenience store all located in the lower level direct access from the elevator inside also connected to the LRT transit system.

Parking is not inlcuded. There is a public parkade located directly beside the condo that has parking options for a fee it is less than a minute walk from the condo!

The place was lovely. Smelled freshly cleaned walking in, and didn’t see anything that would be a worry. Great spot downtown when you don’t want to worry much about driving in the city, there are a few parkades near enough that parking isn’t much of an issue either.

My host was amazing and so helpful when I did not have all the information I needed because I had not read the information provided to access the unit. All the information including pictures was there. The unit was very comfortable and it was nice to have the kitchen to prepare and store food. I would recommend this stay. Only one thing that would make it even better would be parking, but there are options close by.

Prime location

The location is awesome with phenomenal views. There are amenities close by such as classy restaurants and cheap affordable spots to drop in to get some food. The building is located close to the Roger’s Arena which is ideal for walking to the Oilers games. The host, Rod, was very accommodating and allowed us to check out an hour late. I fully enjoyed the stay and recommend to all.

Great place to stay!

Easy checkin process and great service by the host. The condo was comfy and cozy and the location was great. You just need to arrange for parking if you’re driving. There are plenty of secured lots close by. Rodney, the host is amazing. Responds within minutes and is super professional. Loved the closeness to great restaurants , shopping and Roger’s Arena. Highly recommended !

Everything is nearby at walking distance. Central train station being directly downstairs made my morning commute easy. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately my boyfriend’s vehicle was broken into at Rice Howard parkade even though the car was only there one night. They also charge $20 a night. If possible I would avoid parking the vehicle in the immediate area and instead take the train after parking in a safer location because the train is very convenient.

Area around the property has many homeless people, but I suppose is expected in any city’s downtown area. I indicated limited parking as I thought there would be parking available with the rental. I ended up parking in a paid parkade. Not a huge deal, I probably missed the fact that parking wasn’t included.

Central Station Condo

The bedroom in the suite doesn't have floor to ceiling walls which reduces privacy from the rest of the condo. The bedroom also has an office desk in it that's too big for the space so you risk bumping into the corner edge or stubbing your toe on it at night. On the first night, strong smells from the neighbors cooking onions next door filled the apartment.
