The community includes a charming cabana, bay access and pier for crabbing, water sports and kayaking while the ocean is just steps away with a pathway to the beach just across the street. Take a beach break and relax alongside the community pool or strolling to the community dock. This family friendly vacation home is just south of Bethany Beach and just north of Ocean city less than 1 mile to Fenwick Island, so no additional taxes. Amenities include central air conditioning, elevator, well stocked kitchen, washer dryer, microwave, dishwasher, 2 TVs with streaming service, Wifi, outside shower and gas grill. Enjoy warm summer evenings with family and friends sitting out on any of the three decks! Parking for 4 vehicles. It’s the perfect place for those special family vacation memories. $150 recreation fee is mandatory, and linens can be provided for an additional fee. No Pets
