"Incredible Harry Potter themed vacation home. It's loaded with fun - Big arcade game room - 2 theaters (1 poolside) - Themed bedrooms - It's private-on a huge pond. It's perfect for all ages!" Cade S.

This vacation home was totally renovated. The designers did an incredible job with it. The arcade game room is awesome. The home has 2 theaters - 1 inside and 1 poolside (You can watch movies or TV on the poolside theater while lounging in the pool!) Kids and adults love the themed bedrooms. And, the home backs up to a large pond with a great view. PLUS, the home is only a 5-minute walk to the Windsor At Westside clubhouse and water park. The large clubhouse has an exercise room, restaurant, bar, and arcade. The water park has a large zero entry pool, a kids splash pool, and a lazy river. There is also a volleyball court and tennis/pickle ball/basketball court. And, it's within 15-40 minutes from Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, great restaurants and shopping, and the Orlando International Airport.

Yes. Pool and spa heat can be added for $30/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased.

A BBQ gas grill is kept at the home. There is a rental cost to use. Charcoal grills are not allowed.

Overall, our stay was quite enjoyable. We were a family of 11 and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out.The theming is really what sets this property apart. If you are into Harry Potter, then you will love all of the special details, such as Harry’s cupboard under the stairs and a floo network that takes you through a fireplace and into another bedroom. The pictures really don’t do justice to all of the nice little touches. We also really enjoyed the theater room which is very well done.The only major issue we faced was that the dishwasher was broken. This was a big deal for us because we were such a large group and were there during Thanksgiving. The owner sent a thoughtful message expressing his regret and took some money off the final bill, which was a fair resolution. I will just chalk this up to bad luck and I expect that a new dishwasher will be put in so this shouldn’t be a problem going forward.There were a few other minor things, such as challenges with some features in the oven and some kitchen items that we had to buy, but most people probably aren’t trying to do serious holiday cooking. For light cooking the kitchen is serviceable.Overall, very cool experience for families that love Harry Potter.

We had a wonderful week at this home! There was plenty of room and enough seating for all. The movie theater room was perfect! The heated pool was great and well worth the extra money. We have recommended this home to our friends.

I rented this for my friend that just lost her husban. Her and her husband were huge harry potter fans and this was a great home and vaca to help her get away from her loss

The adult kids and our grandchildren all enjoyed the house. Everyone agreed it would be rated a 5 in a temperate climate. The home was huge and the temp set at 70. The first two evenings were very warm and stuffy. Especially upstairs. The property managers were responsive when we called about the home being warm. We had age range 20 month old to 85 year old. And the layout and amenities worked well. A surprise benefit was all 5 kids ended up in the ‘secret room’ under the stairs while the adults packed up and cleaned up to get out on time. So we didn’t have to worry where they were. Everyone said they would go back in the spring season or late fall. But Not in a heat wave or probably freezing weather.

the property was great love the house the pool and spa everything was clean love the movie theater loved all the theme rooms love the game room upstairs the kids loved it. Only issue we had was with the grill, however that was refunded.

Fantastic vacation villa and has something for everyone. Only problem was that we had to leave! Great communication from the management company. Quick responses to messages and we had no issues from check in to check out.

Family fun time

We stayed at the Hogwarts Inn recently and did not want to leave. From the moment walking in the front door to the last moment there we had a wonderful experience. The property owner was easy to communicate with and any concerns were quickly addressed . The home itself was immaculate and had all we needed. The pool and spa were awesome and used by us frequently. The movie room was amazing. Like at the movies. The rooms were so well decorated and comfy. We ended up spending most of our time at the house rather than going out and about. The community is nice and peaceful as well. Will want to come back again soon.

Wonderful vacation home. Perfect for Harry Potter fans!

We stayed in this home for 13-days and had a blast the entire time. The location of the home is wonderful and we felt safe in the community. Our party had age ranges from 7 to 73, and the house was fit to accommodate all. We went to disney, but honestly I wish we had built in more days to just enjoy the home. The pool was great. Phenomenal house!

The house theme is something to see! Check-in and communication were great. We had plenty of space for 10 adults and a number of beds weren’t even touched. I highly recommend this home!

Amazing home with some room for improvement

The house theming is absolutely incredible. I have stayed at many homes in the area and the attention to detail in the decor was far above the others. The layout was great and the kids really enjoyed all the hidden features. That said, we did have several issues including none of the remotes being labeled. They were all out by the pool bar and we had no idea which went to what. The outdoor movie screen did not work, the master bedroom light did not work, the heat in the spa did not work the first few days even though we paid extra for it. The xbox did not work, one of the toasters, the ice maker, etc. I think the property needs enhanced maintenance.

Hogwarts House Holiday 2025

Great time with family and friends visiting throughout our week long stay. Plenty of room for everyone. The house is professionally decorated, it feels like you are in the theme park! Really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and movie room. Highly recommend!

Best Vacation House Ever

The house we stayed at was great. The Harry Potter Theme throughout the house was unbelievable. The whole family enjoyed it, kids and adults alike. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it whether or not you are a Harry Potter fan.
