Nestled in the tranquil neighborhood of Tarneit, this delightful home presents a serene retreat. With four inviting bedrooms and three bathrooms, it's an ideal choice for families or groups seeking a comfortable and convenient stay. Strategically situated, the residence offers effortless access to a plethora of amenities and attractions. Explore the picturesque views at Tarneit Lakes and Werribee Park Mansion, just moments away.
The house comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, including a master suite. One of the bathrooms is conveniently situated within the laundry room on the ground floor. Additionally, there's a sofa bed in the front living room, providing sleeping space for two extra guests. In total, the accommodation comfortably sleeps 12 people. One of the bedrooms is equipped with two double beds, while the master bedroom features a king-size bed, and the other two bedrooms each have a queen-size bed.

The property offers both driveway parking and street parking, with space for three to four cars in total.
• We may ask for a government-verified photo ID, such as a driver's licence or your passport for security purposes.
• No unregistered guests allowed. Please insert correct guest number including children that they must be registered as guests on the booking.
• WE HAVE A STRICT NO EVENTS POLICY. Smoking or vaping inside the house is also strictly prohibited. Penalties may apply.
• Excessive noise will not be tolerated; please respect the quiet hours.
• Please leave the property in clean and tidy condition.
• All doors and windows need to be closed and locked when you leave the property. Please turn off the air-conditioner and lights to conserve electricity.
• Please do not lose the house key; charges will be applied if it is lost, damaged or not returned.
• Do not leave excess rubbish behind. A minimum $300 rubbish removal charge may apply.
• Please be aware that a 24-hour security camera is installed at the front, facing outside for added security.
• Happy to discuss long-term or recurring bookings at a suitable rate, please feel free to contact me.
• The primary booking person is also responsible for the compliance of those rules by all other guests.
By booking you agree that you have read and agree to comply with these rules, failure could result in loss of your deposit and /or being asked to leave the property.
