Did you ever stay in a rental that had its own private theater? If not, be prepared to be amazed when you stay in our newly updated home with beautiful summer colors and themed bedrooms (Nemo and Star Wars).

It just got fully redesigned by the owners of the property and with the help of a famous local interior designer. Ideally situated in the Windsor Hills resort (5 min from Disney), you will have quick access to the Walt Disney World Parks, Universal Studios, Sea World, and much more.

You will love the sparkling private pool and the relaxing patio area. And because your vacation should be perfect, the house also has a home theater and arcade games. Watch your favorite team or show on a big screen or play arcade games in the full comfort of your home.

The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, pots and pans...).

All bedrooms have a TV. There are 3 bedrooms with king size beds and ensuite bathrooms. And two bedrooms with twin beds (how about sleeping in a NEMO themed bed and bedroom or with baby Yoda in a air-balloon in the middle of an enchanted forest?). Bedtime will sure be special with our custom built themed rooms. There are so many memories to be made and we are excited to share our space with you! On top of all that, your reservation gives you complimentary access to the Windsor Hills Resort amenities: Gym, games room, theater, and mini water park.

No Party Policy: It is our strict policy to forbid any parties/raves at the property. Since this is a residential area, high noise levels are restricted from 10pm-7am. We would appreciate that you respect the house and environment in which you choose to stay in.

No Smoking Policy: Please be aware that any form of smoking may activate the house smoke alarm and any tampering with our fire detector will incur a fine. Should we believe that guests have been smoking / vaping in bedrooms, balcony, patio or any part of the house, a smoking fine of $300 will be charged for deep cleaning and/or fire detector tampering.

No Pet Policy: Although we love animals, we do have a strict "NO PET POLICY" to maintain the cleanliness of the house. You are subject to be charged an extra fee for non-compliance.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
** Pool heating is NOT included in the rental unless specified in your rate. Please contact us to get a quote. You can still use the pool without heating, of course. ** Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property. *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.
** This property is self-catering. A small starter kit is provided for your arrival, including 3 dishwasher tablets, 2 trash bags, 1 new sponge, 1 kitchen paper towel, 1 starter soap per bathroom, and 1 roll of toilet paper per toilet. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed during their stay.

What to Expect Before Check-in

Just like when you check in at a hotel, Florida law (Florida Statutes, Chapter 509.101(2)) requires a quick guest registration before your stay. We’ve made this process fully digital so it’s simple and secure, while also protecting both you and us from the scams that unfortunately occur in the Orlando area.

Here’s how it works:

After booking, you’ll receive a short online form to complete.

You’ll be asked to upload a photo of your ID and a selfie holding the ID to confirm your reservation.

For added security, we’ll also request a photo of the card used for the booking and a selfie holding the card—similar to how hotels verify your ID and credit card at check-in.

Once everything is verified, we’ll provide your digital door code so you can go straight to your vacation home.

Please note: at least one guest must be 21 years or older and present during the stay.

Important: If registration is not fully completed as described above, guests will not be granted access to the property and no refund will be issued. In such cases, the reservation is considered a no-show.

Important House Rules

No smoking and no pets are permitted inside any of our properties.

Homes are for vacation use only and may not be used as a permanent residence.

Maintenance or pest control visits may be scheduled during your stay; our team reserves the right to access the property if needed.

Security Deposit

$500 for stays up to 28 nights.
$1,000 for stays of 29 nights or more.

The security deposit is charged to your credit card and refunded after check-out once our cleaning and inspection team confirms there are no issues. Please allow 7–14 days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Pool Heating (Optional)

Available upon request for $35 + tax per day (7-day minimum).

For same-week requests, a $50 service activation fee applies.

Heating runs daily from 8 AM to 8 PM, with temperatures subject to weather conditions.

Cancellation Policy

By booking this property, you agree to the cancellation policy listed on the booking site.

A 5% processing fee applies to all cancellations (deducted from the amount already paid).

Please note: Failure to complete the registration process (as outlined in the check-in requirements) will result in denial of access to the property and no refund will be issued. This will be considered a no-show.

We highly recommend travel insurance for added peace of mind.
