Just recently renovated, this spectacular home offers five-star amenities and unparalleled views over the Caribbean from its privileged cliffside position. From the beautiful infinity pool and spacious sun terrace, the unforgettable panorama unfolds of the Caribbean with the islands of Saba, St. Eustatius, and St. Kitts in the distance and picturesque Pelican Key just below.

This beautifully appointed home with over 10,000 sq. ft of living space, includes 7 bedrooms, 8 ½ bathrooms, a large living room, a dining room, and a state of the art gourmet kitchen, the villa also features a media room, a fitness room, and an adjoining spa, and a roof-top terrace with summer kitchen. The seven-bedroom suites each have en-suite luxury bathrooms, six have king-size beds and the seventh has 2 full-size beds.

The villa is eco-conscious, powered entirely by solar energy by day and Tesla technology in the evenings. All appliances have been chosen with this energy-saving philosophy in mind. Bella Vita is powered by an AI home system that makes Villa Bella Vita unique in St. Maarten.

The villa is conveniently located close to restaurants and nightlife and provides a dedicated onsite concierge to take advantage of the many activities that the island has to offer.

* No Children under 10 Years Old are allowed.

* For all Holiday requests, please contact our team. Many properties will accept a minimum of 7-nights but we prefer 12 nights if the dates overlap Christmas or New Year's week.

Guest Access:
* Guests will no longer have access to the laundry room.
* Allowed One extra kid <12 y/o: The additional cost for this would be $120 per night + 10% & rental of roll away bed.

- Provided no damages are reported, the full amount will be refunded to the client within 14 days after departure.

Complimentary Transfers
Arrival Transfer (One Vehicle): Airport directly to the villa (up to 10 guests).
Departure Transfer (One Vehicle): Villa directly to the airport (up to 10 guests).
Each vehicle can accommodate: 10 guests + 1 cabin luggage per person + 1 carry-on per person
* For larger groups (over 10 guests), flexibility is key!
The Guests can use their complimentary departure transfer as an additional arrival transfer.
* No departure transfer will be offered under this rule.
