Tiny Pip Summary:<br>Tin
Summary:
Tiny Pip is an opportunity to unplug from work calls and emails and plug into what really matters. Perched on a hill, within 140 acres of land, the main window benefits from exceptional views. Walk 15-minutes from the house to an even higher spot for panoramic views of the area. It’s an idyllic picnic spot and a perfect place to watch the sunset.
Located just 90 minutes drive from Melbourne, you'll feel like you are miles away from anything at Pip. From the front doorstep, you'll be able to observe kangaroos grazing and lazing and dozens of colourful bird species (we've left you some binoculars and a bird-watching guide). There are some cattle and horses on the land too.
Set in the Heathcote wine region, you'll find plenty of wineries within a 30-minute radius. It's just 10 minutes to Tooborac village, which has a well-known country pub (with brewery), pie shop and general store. We recommend visiting the Pink Cliffs Reserve where you can wander through intriguing mini gorges and cliffs of fine pink clay.
Named after the kind and loving character of Pip from Charles Dickens’ Great Expectations, this tiny house has plenty of views to share. Facing northeast, wake up to uninterrupted countryside views and soak in the glow of the sun setting over the rolling hills.
The Space:
Pip sleeps up to four with a Queen bed in the window and a double bed in the loft. Pip is one of our new premium house designs and comes with a reverse-cycle air-conditioner and heating unit.
Pip features pure French linen sheets from Carlotta + Gee. These sheets are washed in volcanic stones to accelerate the flax softening process, resulting in extra soft, luxurious linen bedding.
We provide bedding, linen and towels, USB charger, fridge, freshwater for drinking, hot shower, eco-friendly compost toilet, fan, stove, BBQ, fire pit, outdoor stove, cutlery and plates, outdoor seating, books, games and provisions (soap, shampoo, conditioner, salt, pepper, coffee, sugar, matches and oil). You only need to bring food and drinks. Our tiny houses are powered by the sun and gas bottles. There are normal 240-volt power points in this house, but please don't try to charge large devices.
The Neighborhood:
Please note, to keep our houses hidden the location shown on the map is not accurate and should be used as a rough guide. The exact location will be revealed two days before your stay.
Other Things to Note:
Mobile Reception: There is a limited mobile signal on the property.
Fire Policy: Total fire ban throughout summer.
Pet Policy: Unfortunately, Pip has a strict no pets policy - sorry! Take a look at our other pet-friendly tiny houses in VIC.
