Step into the primary bedroom and be greeted by a king bed, ensuite bathroom with a dual sink vanity and walk-in tile shower, a private door to the deck, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom features a queen bed, while the third bedroom is a haven for the kids or additional guests with a twin bunk, twin bed, and a twin-raised self-inflatable air bed. The shared bathroom boasts a dual sink vanity and tub/shower combo, complete with hair dryers for added convenience.

Outdoor enthusiasts will delight in the prime location of Village at the Shores, just 3 minutes from the Deer Valley/Deer Crest gondola for quick access to Deer Valley skiing. In the summer, the Jordanelle reservoir beckons with activities such as boating, paddleboarding, and hiking, promising endless fun for guests of all ages.

Not just a haven for adventure seekers, this condo is also a sanctuary of modern amenities. Stay connected with reliable high-speed Wi-Fi and enjoy entertainment with smart TVs in the living room and all bedrooms. Parking is a breeze with assigned parking in the common garage and first-come, first-served options in both garage and outside spaces. NO Recreational Vehicle, Boat, Trailer, or Oversized Vehicle Parking.

We’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement, and receive a WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. Some restrictions apply.

EMS: $25 per night, per pet, with a minimum charge of $100 and a maximum charge of $350. Monthly Pet Stays: $450 for the first pet and $200 for the second pet each month. Pet Cleaning Fee: $100 per stay.
No pet charges will be incurred if the pet is not approved.

House was absolutely great for a long ski weekend in Deer Valley. A few minutes from the slopes, easy to get in and out and very well equipped. Host was very communicative and friendly. Highly recommend!

Great place and location

Very nice accommodations, and the location is convenient to Jordanelle or East Village. We had a little hiccup on check-in with incorrect access codes.

Perfect home away from home.

Almost don’t want to write a good review so we can keep this place to ourselves! Lovely appointed condo. Clean, comfortable and the access to Deer Valley ski resort is seamless and hassle free. Jordanelle Gondola and the East Village are so close to this home. Will definitely stay here again.
