As mentioned prior to your stay, two of the bathrooms had hot water available for the tubs, while the showers provided lukewarm water. The third bathroom offered full hot water for the shower. We had a challenging experience hosting this guest. Unfortunately, it seemed that they did not thoroughly read the listing description or the provided instructions, which are clearly outlined to ensure a smooth stay. As a result, they expressed dissatisfaction with aspects of their visit that were clearly communicated upfront, such as the ongoing construction at the building. Despite our efforts to clarify and assist, the guest resorted to threatening communication, including the promise of negative reviews and social media posts. We value transparency and strive to provide all necessary information to our guests, as evidenced by the positive feedback from previous guests who had read the details and enjoyed their stay. We hope this guest finds future accommodations that better align with their expectations and encourage all guests to review property details thoroughly to avoid misunderstandings.
