Welcome to Ridgeview Retreat at the Lorian, hosted by InvitedHome. Step inside this bright and inviting space, with contemporary finishes for an elevated modern feel. The main entrance leads directly to the living room with ample seating, a gas fireplace, and sweeping ridgeline views. To the left are the kitchen and dining areas. In the kitchen, you’ll find gorgeous stainless steel appliances, a spacious island with seating for four, and a wine cooler. The kitchen table combines bench and chair seating for a more casual dining experience, beneath a sleek glass chandelier, adding a level of elegance. From there, easily step out onto the balcony to use the grill, or enjoy a morning cup of coffee as you take in the sunrise alpenglow.
With three bedrooms and two ensuites, this home is perfect for smaller groups, families, or couples traveling together. The main bedroom is characterized by lavish details, including a king bed, plush seating, a gas fireplace, private balcony, and attached ensuite featuring a steam shower. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, suited for adult guests, and the third bedroom includes one twin bed bunked atop two perpendicular twin beds. The bunk room is connected to the guest ensuite, off of the main entrance hallway.
Take advantage of the Lorian’s amenities, including a seasonal pool, a game room with a pool table and dart board, complimentary dial-a-ride, and a fitness center. From there step out onto the mountain for a day of skiing or to explore Telluride hiking and biking trails. Need to stock up? A leisurely walk to the village market takes under 5-minutes, then catch a dial-a-ride to help transport your groceries back home.
When it's time to venture further, hop on the market gondola just minutes away. Arrive at the Mountain Village Core filled with shopping, restaurants, and a variety of adventure activities. From here, you can access the main gondola for a scenic ride into downtown Telluride, where you’ll find festival events, and even more shopping, dining, and outdoor activities.
