We stayed for four nights and spent much of our time cooking, so we really appreciated how well-equipped the house was. The hot tub was exactly as advertised and easy to use, the barbecue was well-maintained, and the fire pit was beautifully set up with plenty of seating and a lovely view of the lake. The home was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with more towels than we could have needed. The kayaks were a wonderful bonus that we enjoyed using. We brought our 10-year-old retriever, and the cottage and property were easy for her to navigate. The host was very easy to communicate with, and we hope to rent here again!

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a detailed and wonderful review! We are thrilled to hear that you had a great four-night stay and that the kitchen had everything you needed to enjoy cooking. It’s fantastic to know you made good use of the hot tub, kayaks, and fire pit with those lake views. We especially loved hosting your 10-year-old retriever—it’s always a pleasure to hear that senior dogs have a comfortable and easy time getting around the cottage and property. You were delightful guests to communicate with, and we would be thrilled to host you again for another getaway!

The cottage was excellent, modern and fully supplied with all of the necessities. As a water family, my only concern was that the water was more difficult to access. The bottom of the lake in the cottage area was covered with sticks and was muddy near the shore. But the cottage is beautiful, comfortable, and has everything.

Thank you so much for the fantastic review! We’re thrilled that your family loved the cottage, its modern comforts, and having everything you needed. As fellow water lovers, we really appreciate your honest note about the shoreline, too! Natural lakebeds can definitely feel a bit earthy with twigs and mud near the edge, so we always recommend water shoes for direct access into the water. You were wonderful guests, and we’d love to welcome your family back!

We had a really great time at the cottage. The location is private, surrounded by nature and provides a sweeping view of the lake. The cottage is well kept and the host took great care to offer all amenities. We appreciated the little details such as robes for all guests, sandbox for my toddler, kitchen appliances beyond the basics, well-maintained boating equipment, etc. The cottage, while offering privacy, is conveniently located close to town. We thank the host for their hospitality and would love to visit again!
