All good but no kitchen facilities except a small fridge(was given a microwave when asked). Above a Crabby Joe's so can get loud at night. Have to pay for parking. Nice bathroom and bed, and seating area on the deck. Walking distance to beach.

Pros and cons

Pros- the host was great, the room was clean and modern with a great view of Main st, its within a short walk from everything, the TV has a fire stick so yoi can enjoy your shows while away, and the garage door windows in room 1 is a nice touch. Cons- if you are older and not into the nightlife, you should not stay here because its loud and lively, The bed was unbelievably hard, If the host reads this review, I hope you can upgrade the bed Overall it was a great time and i would recommend the Coastal Suites

So much potential

From the ad, you would never know that the suites were on top of a Crabby Joes restaurant that is open until 1:00am. I did find this out before the cancellation date but decided to risk it anyways. Big mistake. When we arrived at our room, we found it to be quite nice actually. Pretty "cool" having garage doors as windows and the location was great. Unfortunately, the floor was dirty with the remnants of sand and the sheets were not exactly clean. I found garbage under the counter in the washroom, there were no hand towels and no hair dryer. Of course, we mentioned this the following day and all was adequately attended to. The main problem was the night. I was awoken at roughly 1:30am with the pulsating bass sounds emanating from the restaurant below. And I thought that the restaurant closed at 1:00am? This would last for over an hour. Needless to say, I was not pleased. As mentioned, the room had so much potential in that it is in a great location, actually very nice with a nice balcony that looks over the main road but the fact that it overlooks the main street means that you hear all of the ambient sounds, including motorcycles revving their engines at all hours of the night. For this reason alone, I will not be staying at this place again. I need my beauty rest!! I should mention though that the next night was better, especially with ear plugs.
