Why they chose this property

We love sitting by the river, watching boats go by, and walking the trail, both of which are right in our backyard, and it’s a quite walk to downtown and the beach. It's nature at its finest.

What makes this property unique

Our property back on to the Big Otter River, close to the mouth of Lake Erie. You can launch your canoe or kayak right from our backyard. There is also a trail that run behind us for a wonderful hiking experience. We are in close distance to downtown, the beach, and there are two marinas close by us.
