This beautifully remodeled villa is perfectly located just steps from Minitas Beach, Casa de Campo Resort’s exclusive private beach. Designed with tropical elegance in mind, the villa features spacious open living areas with cane roofs that allow natural light to flood the interiors, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. The layout seamlessly connects the central pool area with the indoor and outdoor spaces, offering a true Caribbean living experience.

The open-concept living area includes a modern kitchen and an elegant dining room, ideal for family gatherings and entertaining. The villa is thoughtfully divided into two independent wings, each with two beautifully designed bedrooms, providing privacy and comfort for all guests.

Outside, a charming gazebo overlooks the villa’s expansive back garden, which blends harmoniously with the lush green landscape of the golf course. This outdoor oasis is perfect for alfresco dining, relaxing, or simply soaking in the tranquil surroundings.

RESORT FEE
All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo must register in order to be granted access to the resort and its amenities. The cost of the registration is US$ 25/adult/day (12 years of age and older), US$ 12/child/day (between 4-12 years old) and children under 4 years of age are granted free access.

RESORT FEE/ACCESS & AMENITIES INCLUDE
Each guest will receive an ID with personal information and details of stay that will provide access to the following services and amenities:
> Access to golf courses including advance reservations at special rates
> Use of the Fitness Center at a special rate exclusively for villa owners
> Use of the towels and chaise lounges at the pool located in the main hotel area, as well as at Minitas Beach
> Discounts, special offers, and promotions at the resort’s restaurants, sports facilities, and other activities
> Access to health care services at the Central Romana Medical Center

* FOOD BUDGET: If your villa comes staffed, we suggest as a rough guideline to budget $50-$60 per adult per day for grocery costs if eating three meals at the villa (not including alcohol).
This, of course, can vary due to your dietary requests. The Marina has a well-stocked supermarket with groceries, alcohol, and a wide selection of other products (sunscreen, hygiene products etc)
