The glorious Caribbean landscape forms the focal point in this two-story villa, with the living spaces overlooking the immense terrace and pool and onto the golf course, while exuberant gardens are visible from almost any vantage point. A great room includes spacious seating arrangements in white with marine blue and soft grey accents; a seperate formal dining room accommodates an impressive custom built dining with seating for 12 people. Glass doors along the front wall reveal the shaded patio and pool-studded terrace beyond, combining indoor comfort and inviting tropical scenery. The cooks in your crowd will be inspired by the ultra deluxe kitchen that features professional size stainless steel appliances and rich granite counters. A guest half-bath is conveniently located nearby.

Outside, a large umbrella offers shaded seating and a dining table for eight, just right for observing the water fun. The large pool beckons to serious swimmers and sun worshippers wishing for a cooling dip. Massage everyday worries away in the elevated whirlpool while watching golfers challenge the La Romana Country Club course. There is a place here to savor every moment from dawn to sunset, plus well-designed lighting sets a magical mood to enjoy balmy evenings. Guests are required to pay the daily resort fee.

It is easy to dream of the next day’s adventures as everyone toddles off to their well-appointed bedrooms, with air-conditioning, ceiling fans, and plasma televisions. Each en-suite bathroom boasts abundant marble and step-in showers.

The home was beyond our expectations. Every detail was attended to at the highest level. Our host, Maree, was attentive and available for every question we had. Maree's responsiveness was expedient. Every member of our family of 11, ages 5-80 enjoyed the week's vacation to the utmost. We will definitely return! The home is absolutely beautiful and the staff is beyond compare. We all rate this home 5 *****'s. A special thank you to Maree, and her staff, Roberto, Nicky, Anna and Jhony. Nicky, our chef, went above and beyond to fulfill our special dietary needs without a hiccup! and Roberto, our butler, was extremely attentive and never balked at our constant requests. We will definitely be back soon!!

Perfect Thanksgiving

The house was perfect for our large group of friends/family for Thanksgiving! It is super convenient to the everything in Casa de Campo and Maree was incredibly helpful getting everything situated. The staff was fantastic as well!

Wonderful Stay!

We had a fantastic visit. The house was beautiful, landscaping was well cared for, and we had plenty of room to spread out. We had seven children and 6 adults, and the setup for our three families was ideal. It was also very close to the beach. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful trip, and we can't wait to go back. Every meal was delicious, and we never had an empty glass. 10/10!

Trip of a lifetime

Our week at Vista Mar 30 was the best week ever! The villa was spectacular and the staff was amazing. The location was perfect; right in the middle of everything Casa de Campo has to offer. We took our children (17-21) and they each invited a friend. We can't wait to go back!

Villa review

This is a wonderful villa- location , staff and villa were all wonderful. The staff was especially terrific- villa was kept very clean, the food was amazing, and Roberto was so helpful. We were a multigenerational family with children. Maree was also helpful but we did not need to contact her because the staff is so competent.

Nice house

The house is very large with beautiful and large bedrooms and shared spaces. Also, the chef is amazing (she made two dinners and several snacks / platters for us) and the butler and housekeeper are very helpful. The one thing to note is that the main shared space does not have AC or mosquito netting so you will need to use repellent anytime you’re not in your bedroom. There is one communal living room that can be closed off and with AC.

Excellent Stay

Excellent stay. 5 stars. House was exactly as pictured and a great location. 2 minute golf cart ride to the beach. Homeowner was responsive and attentive. House staff was wonderful. Butler, chef and housekeeper cleaned, cook and attended to all of our needs with a smile. Made it so easy to vacation with little kids. Rooms were all massive and with ensuite baths! We will definitely be back!

Great family Vacation!!

We had a pleasant vacation. Your staff is top notch specially Miguel went an extra mile excellent service always willing to serve, help, he was there at all time, making us feel confortable, we all felt that we where full in paradise. The villa was clean, comfortable, close to minitas the beach due that we are beach lovers. Once again thank for everything, heads up to your amazing staff. Great property for a large group!

I can't say enough about our experience. The house was exactly as pictured and fit our extended family of 14 (with ages ranging from 11 to 80!) perfectly. The location is amazing--super close to the beach club and still easily accessible to the marina. After having driven around the entire property, I am not sure if I would have wanted to stay anywhere else. Maree was wonderful. She was super responsive before and during our stay. The only negative was that there was some construction going on during our stay at the home next door, I would advise anyone (renting any house in Casa de Campo) to confirm any close by construction before you book so you can factor that in. Otherwise, I give our stay and trip a 10/10.

The work at the neighboring villa was done quite suddenly. Seems the owners were doing last minute work before the resort shut down of noise during Christmas break. Work is now being allowed to continue and there is no construction noise since. The villa was fully furnished and guests are now staying at that villa.

Wonderful Stay at VistaMar 30!

This house was perfect for a relaxing girls trip. Marcelo was an amazing help to us in making sure everything was taken care of in the house, and Maree helped us with renting extra golf carts and making dinner reservations. Overall, this was an incredible trip and I am so grateful everything went smoothly! The chef, Yoko, was incredible as well.

Lovely property- AMAZING STAFF

The property is in great condition, beautiful and in a great location. Ideal for our family vacation. The staff is 5 star. The chef was so good that we cancelled dinner reservations and mauricio and everyone else made the stay such a nice and memorable one. Maree was also super helpful in getting us reservations, and other needs. The only downside which I have shared is that the air conditioning in one of rooms was not working up to par and we ended not using it. Again this is the only downside- if not for that everything was 5 star. Teruca

Birthday Celebration in Paradise

Beautiful and well appointed villa! We had 12 couples in our group and never felt crowded. Very spacious! Loved the villa and the staff! Alex went above and beyond tending to our every need. The entire staff was awesome! All the food that Chef Honzil (unsure about spelling!) prepared was delicious! Highly recommend this place. Maree was very helpful and flexible working with us on anything that we needed. Would definitely rent this villa again!

I chose this land because it is oriented east which affords a breeze throughout the day. Also close proximity to the beach. Located on the 7th hole of the La Romana Country Club Golf Course.
The villa was designed with large sliding doors opening to terraces and golf views.
